I place my order on April 19th of 2025 today is May 19, 2025. I have not received my order. When I track my order it been in Chicago for 3 Weeks now. I was hoping to receive gift before the 18th. I will return items. When I place the order they said shipping would take only 2 weeks. That wasn't accurate

I can’t give an honest review on the item I ordered, I placed this order 4/27/2025 and it hasn’t made it to the USA yet. I can’t get a clear understanding of the shipment. Honestly, had I know it wasn’t coming from LA, I would never have placed this order. You all should tell potential buyers that items ship from China or from overseas. So today 1 ⭐️.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping and I still haven’t received my package. No updates or tracking information.

So far I only placed the order. The process for the order was so fast that now Im just waiting. 5 stars for that process. Hopefully it arrive before the gradiation.

I found it quite easy , as a 73yr old not so techno but managed quite well . Hope it looks as good when I receive it .

This company is very irresponsible they delivered my package to the wrong address and left it in apublic area from which it was stolen. i sent an email to customer service for a refund and never received a response. My order was of sentimental value and I am really upset over this.

It was so easy to customize picture for the ring. I was so pleased. Can’t wait to receive the ring.

The package said that it was delivered but I never received it. The worst customer service that I have ever had I was going to call them after a chat with one of their representatives in their support team but they were charging me a 53.00 fee to give them a call which I was not going to pay again

Bought the Personalized Graduation Tassel Photo Charm, Memorial Graduation. Exactly as pictured. Turned out beautiful. Very happy and would highly recommend. Shipping took a few weeks so make sure to give yourself enough time.

It was so easy to customize a graduation ring for my grand daughter. The price was very reasonable. I really like that the ring is made in such a way that it could be worn anytime, and not just put in a box after graduation.

I submitted an order with 9 names... My order came with only 3 names... I can not use this item... I am totally devastated. I paid nearly $70 Canadian for a messed up order ...

This is definitely a fake site. I purchased a customized graduation tassel in early April and I haven’t received anything till now and also haven’t received any replies to my emails. Please don’t trust this site.
