I just placed an order for my neice in remberance

I got what I ordered and I love it and everyone I show it to really likes it and wants to know where I got it from

It was so easy to order. Very affordable.

I placed an order over a month ago. Graduations now over so the tassel will not be worn. It’s been in china for 2 weeks at the same shipping facility. I made contact about paying for expedited shipping and was told I could be refunded $4.99 of the $21 I paid. But not until after it’s been stationary for 1month without me receiving. I’m highly disappointed, my feelings are beyond hurt. I’ll never order from here again

Easy to order and customize the item selected!

I ordered this special gift for my niece who lost her brother and it was going to beca surprise but One day while we were driving, she told me that she had ordered a tassel jewelry for her graduation cap with her brothers picture on it. I told her oh my gosh, I was going to surprise you. I ordered you one too she told me Where she ordered it from and what it cost her and then I told her that I ordered mine from a different place. Well when they arrived, I must tell you the quality of my order from you far exceeded the quality on the one she got. She decided she wanted to wear the one I bought from, you on her graduation day. The quality of your products is great. Thank you.

It was what I needed and always will. The price is good. It struck a cord in me I could have my parents altogether and not separate.

Everything was wonderful. I will be back to order more stuff.

I purchased a memorial tassll on 18th and paid for express shipping to get it in 2 days. It was scheduled to arrive by the 21st, 2 days before needed. Upon looking at the sellers "tracking info" it remains in processing AND it is coming from China! No way to reach out to them. It is PAST the date needed and still no updates from seller. You can't go back and re-do graduation. Very upset.

I'm never too sure about products or sellers that catch my Insta or FB account, but I really liked this item so I gave it a shot. It came out of China which I kinda figured. I received an update when the product was dropped at a shipping location in China and that was it, except for my USPS tracking that I receive everyday for mail hitting my mailbox. It took about two and a half weeks. The item was received as described in a nice gift box. They slam your inbox but that's taken care of with an "unsubscribe".

I’m not happy with the quality of the product it came broken
I sent an email over a week ago requesting a full refund and I have not heard back from anybody

I ordered my tassels on May 10th, today is May 22nd and I still haven’t received my order. My kids graduation is tomorrow! I’ll never order from them again.

I’m reaching out regarding an order I placed 17 days ago, which appears to be significantly delayed. Despite paying extra for expedited shipping, the tracking information shows that the item has been stationary at the same location in China for the past six days.

This delay is quite frustrating, especially given the additional shipping cost and the fact that the item was intended as a gift for my mother-in-law, who has been waiting patiently for its arrival.

I would appreciate a prompt and detailed update on the current status of the order, including any reasons for the delay and an estimated delivery timeframe.

I love the products they have and how they can customize anything. But I ordered on May 7th and it’s May 21st and tracked it and still says it’s been processed in warehouse. I hope it get it before Jun 10th because it’s a graduate gift for my daughter that is walking the stage on the morning of Jun 11th .

My debit card was rejected for a purchase of $28.98. I asked my bank manager what could have gone wrong. I was told that the card issuing company (Shazam) does not approve transactions with certain countries. The UK is one of those countries. It has nothing to do with this seller, just all transactions with UK companies. I am told that the reason is because of previous fraud originating from the UK. I used a different debit card from another bank and the order was accepted. I'll reply more if something goes bad with my order.

Take to long and i didnt receive any notification about the order

Ordered April 15, 2025 package has not been received, they emailed me back and told me it would take 3 weeks, it’s been 6, they are a fraud I want my money back asap!!

Ordering was easy. Although I placed my order April 29th and I still haven't received it. I sent an email inquiring about my order and never received a response.

It was very easy to customize the sweatshirt...was able to do this on first try..no confusing instructions. I definitely be back to take a look at other personalized products that are offered
