The food is apparently excellent, my dog loves it. It arrives quite quickly, and although it's a bit expensive, it's worth it to see my dog enjoying it.

Really good dog food
Me and my husband have been buying this for our frenchie who was showing signs of skin allergies so decided to swap him on to this dry and wet he absolutely loves it we stopped getting the tins as it was working out abit expensive so he's on the dry happy dog and raw meat which seems to suit him we have dry poos so bounus and I've found with the trial packs the price was great so I use to get them and so did my hubby got quite a stock pile of the 1kg bags which last him a while but sadly the trail packs and money off is stopping or has already stopped but it wont stop me from buying them I would definitely recommend if your dog has allergies or just looking to change up a boring dog diet you wont be disappointed

French Bulldogs can be particularly prone to skin sensitivities, so finding a dog food that agrees with them can make a real difference. It’s also great to hear you’ve seen an improvement in his stools since changing his diet.

Life changing for my dog
Single novel protein diet changed my dogs life and she cannot tolerate kibble even if it is single source protein.
She eats the kangaroo wet food and have it on subscription.

I've had a problem with my dog itching he has been on the Ostrich dry and wet mixed suits him the only thing I could say this food is low fat so I needed to feed more than recommended. His cost looks good and I have cut down on his medication. Staff very helpful

Customer service is excellent. When I have emailed them they reply back the same day. My dog loves the food and devours it every meal. Her scratching has become less. I love that you can go onto your account and request your order earlier. Delivery has always been within 2 days of placing my order. I cant recommend this company highly enough.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your order. I am a little confused, though, as we spoke about this yesterday and you mentioned that you had contacted Royal Mail, who advised that the parcel couldn’t be delivered yesterday and would be redelivered today. So to say the service is inexistent is a little confusing.
I can see from the Royal Mail tracking that the parcel was delivered today at 11:17am. I’ll send the proof of delivery over on our original support thread now so you have this to hand.
I hope we can get this resolved for you quickly.

After a miscommunication of an email from Hugo which was about a problem with the discount code, I was reassured to learn that their customer services department dealt with the matter quickly and effectively. Nicky and Hugo, both helped me to gain access to a new code that day, and it has made me a Happy Human!
