Great watch so far!
I received my Hard Hat Foreman fairly quickly after ordering. The watch is good looking with a nice feel to it. After 3 days the battery is still sitting at over 95% unlike my Apple watch that needed charging every night. I'm not keen on the watch band as I'm used to the Apple watch, so I've ordered the magnetic one. So far, I'm loving this watch but will see how it lasts after reading other reviews.

Great to hear your Foreman arrived quickly and that you're enjoying the look and feel of it so far. The battery life is definitely one of the biggest differences people notice when moving across from an Apple Watch, so it's awesome to hear you're already seeing that benefit.

I got a hard hat watch for my birthday…
I got a hard hat watch for my birthday day which was great when i first got it after just having a fit bit previously that died after 5 years of life. thinking an upgrade will be nice. Come around my next birthday the watch starts playing up with buttons getting stuck and the screen brightness going faded to just white and now its totally unusable. im really disappointed in how fast this watch dies and not just small things that'll let you keep using it but totally needs to be replaced.
after trying to go to hard hat for warranty under ACL (ACCC) they are saying its not their problem and best they can do is 50% off a new one. which isn't good enough for something that barely even lasted a year compared to something i got for $30 that lasted 5x that. i wouldn't recommend these to anyone who wants a watch let alone one for a tough tradie

1.5 years then dead
***update*** Johnny is AMAZING saw my review and contacted me and sorted out my problem will definitely buy again
I got the og in January of 2025 for my birthday it had 48% on it in may of 2026 during the day then just turned off and never turned back on. Tried everything and after multiple emails back and forth. I got was it has a 6 month warranty all weekend can give you is a discount code for a new one. And you can buy the 2 year extended warranty package.... I talked this company up so much and begged my family to buy this watch for me and I was stoked I actually got it. But I expected it to last well over. 1.5 years.... so incredibly disappointing 😞

PLEASE HELP
I initially bought this as a gift for hubby in January. Was working really well. No issues. Then we lost the charger and had to order a new one recently.It has been charging for over 2 hours and is still not turning on ! It has been really well kept and no previous issues so im not sure if its the charger or watch that is broken. HELP

I ended up buying one after seeing a bloke wearing it on site havent charged it much at all and good size for bigger blokes. i drive trucks for a living been using it at work every day and on weekends too gps works unreal when im out walking plus 5atm waterproof is legit honestly feels tougher than watches worth way more money worth every dollar.

Honestly, for the price, the build quality is impressive. It's solid on the wrist and looks much more expensive than it was. The battery life is also a big plus. My only small gripe is that the health sensors, like the blood pressure monitor, are a bit hit-or-miss and not super accurate. But if you're buying it for a durable, good-looking smartwatch, it's a great value.

Broke in water
Literally swam with it for 2 minutes and its just broken, whole advertisement is that it is not only waterproof but chemical proof? I guess not, also the tracking is dismally inaccurate, the app is faulty and always deletes my data, all round bad watches, wouldnt recommend at all

Buyer beware ...
Bought this one for my 12yo son. It was a great watch, had no problems with it until it went flat, then it wouldn't turn on again. However, Hardhat resolved the warranty issue quickly for us. 😀 Be aware though that the warranty for manufacturing faults is only 6months.

Watch had died after 7 months of light use.
I bought a new charger cable from the website but that hasn’t fixed the problem. £69.95 + £6.95 out of pocket with a watch that won’t turn on or charge and an extra cable.
Not a happy chappy.
Don’t bother buying. Plenty of other options out there for similar money with better reviews.

No health readouts
ive had a hardhat watch previously and was quite happy with it until it wouldn't read blood pressure etc so I bought a new one and it will not read my blood pressure etc. I have emailed hardhat and they have made a few suggestions but still it won't read blood pressure etc. Its frustration as you can't talk to someone personally to get answers

I purchased the Hardhat Smart watch for…
I purchased the Hardhat Smart watch for $139 .After purchasing I decided to check up on this awesome sounding company . First I noticed the watch I purchased was being sent from Union Lucky Returns a known 3rd party Dropship facility in CHULLORA NSW . This immediately raised alarm bells as it clearly states Hardhat is a Gold Coast family company. My watch arrived and I didn’t open the package , I immediately applied for a refund as they advertise ,” if you don’t love our watch we will refund for 90 days “
I was told there would be a 72 hrs delay because they are busy . This changed and never heard back .
This supposed Gold Coast family business sounds dodgy , bad communications .
I put in for a credit card dispute and was immediately refunded my $139 .Hardhat haven’t acknowledged that they have received my unopened package which I know they received via Aus Post Tracking .
MY ADVICE IS
DO NOT BUY A CHEAP CHINESE WATCH FROM HARDHAT AS THE SAME WATCH IS AVAILABLE FROM BLACKVIEW FOR $71 AND IVE ALSO SEEN IT ON TEMU FOR $40:.

Brought the hard hat big rig for my son for his birthday and only lasted a week before it wouldn't work, received a replacement and not working either. Wouldn't recommend these to any one.

I purchased a 2-for-1 watch package
I purchased a 2-for-1 watch deal and only received one item—the second watch never showed up.
I’ve emailed multiple times and have been completely ignored. Customer service is an absolute joke. No replies, no updates, no accountability.
Then they have the nerve to claim they tried contacting me? That’s complete rubbish. My email works perfectly fine and is checked daily. I’ve even sent another email and, surprise surprise, still nothing.
At this point, this feels like nothing more than a scam. Take people’s money and disappear.
Avoid this company at all costs. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Not particularly durable at all.
It is important to stress that this review is not aimed at any staff, packaging, postage or anything like that.
I got the sport model in January as the price was good and the both the weight and functionality suited me - although it is important to add that it is very basic and some of the personal health data it gives is just not accurate.
I normally work in some areas where you need something more rugged and this seemed like a no-brainer. Within a few days the bar that holds the strap came out while I was walking but was fortunate to see it. It was an early red flag but I liked it and cracked on. A few days ago the bar snapped completely and that was tha. It hadn't been dropped, hit or whatever else etc and it feels like a let down.
The advert with a track vehicles going over the watches to prove durability just seems a bit amusing now.
