Terrible poor quality

Avoid this company at all costs! Goods are not as described or as shown on website! Cheap materials, extremely poor finish. Ordered suede jacket cost £100 it is horrendous, made in a cheap felt material, stitching horrific etc etc. This company is not based in Liverpool and is absolutely not celebrating 25years in business. I asked to return goods as they state full refund … they offered me 30% refund!!! I requested they send me returns label … still waiting on response! Please be wary of ever buying from them, apparently based in China… delivery took forever! I have purchased things before from China and this is the worst I have ever seen! Don’t waste your money!

Jacket wasn't as advertised on their website. Very poor quality and zip pockets on the sides as shown on their advert did not exist!!! Absolutely rip off!!

What can I say . Whatever you do don’t purchase anything from this company. It’s not a uk based shop . All there product come from China . The materials they use are very poor quality and bad fits . Then when you get you item and it’s not right it costs more to return the item than the item has cost . So if you think about getting items from this shop . Just throw your money down the toilet as that is where you clothes will end

Took three weeks to arrive. Poor quality, nothing like the pic in their advertising.

Would have been cheaper and better quality off a local market stall.

,Ordered the jacket ,it eventually came in a small bag,took it out and firstly it wasn't leather ,secondly it was thim material very poor and two sizes smaller than what I ordered. I messaged them and the kept saying if I want to return i will have to pay expensive shipping and if I accept 7.50 as a goodwill gesture I could keep the jacket.i complained over n over n over until I eventually got 38 pound bk and I took the loss.these guys are rip off merchants on a large scale and if you order any item of clothing, you will be very very very dissapointed ,scammers of the highest level,be careful just realised they are now trading under a new name I just noticed it and didn't see the name before it went ,police should get on to these guys

Do not order from this company,they are not based in Liverpool, they are China based.
The quality of the items I ordered were cheap sub standard tat.
Beware, if you find the items you order to be sub standard, or don't fit, you will have to pay shipping costs, not to Liverpool but to China. Not cheap

Going to give these guys the benefit of the doubt based on my experience. I ordered some jackets and, like I always do, ordered a couple of sizes.
Buyers remorse set in when I by chance stumbled across some negative reviews about it not being a Liverpool shop and horror stories about quality and returns. So I emailed to cancel the order. At first I was told I'd missed the 4 hr window but on following this up with a slightly sterner email I got a much better message back saying they would refund. Which they did. I suspect a lot of the customer service is AI driven from the responses.

Scam do not use.

How do we take these B**s**rds down that hide behind emails, wont call you for updates when asked. They are clearly trying to pass off as reputable high street shop, which doesnt exist. When I questioned why my item was coming from CN (China) from the tracking info, the came up with a c*ck and bull story about keeping stock in an overseas warehouse. DO NOT USE.
Still waiting for my item, it stated fast delivery on 22/11 still waiting

Item arrived 9/12 too small. Ordered large. I'm slim and normally take a medium. Waiting for response

Item arrived wasn't like the photo and more like a jacket than winter coat. I'm a medium ordered a large. The coat won't fit a 10 year old.
After weeks of emails back and forth i am waiting for my 80% refund as wasn't prepared to pay for return.
So only lost £15 but will give coat away.
So just keep pushing. I was happy to return for full refund if they had provided a prepaid returns label.

My jacket was too small, but they have sent a replacement and right size for £14.95 which I think is fair.

Company based in China - from the shoes I received , made in sweat shops and substandard and only fit for the bin.I eventually got a 75% refund after 2 months . But avoid this company for your bank balance / sanity .

I ordered a pair of boots in what would be my usual size. They took an age to arrive and unfortunately were too small. I emailed customer service to see if I could exchange for a larger size. You receive an automated reply that’s states they will reply in 12 hours as your email is important to them. Days later, they respond to a negative product review, offering to send a larger size if you pay another £10 towards the postage. You can’t return the others because the company is in China. I decided that I would go for it and try a larger size and have now emailed 4 or 5 times over the last few weeks with no response at all.

Do not trust,they are selling products poor quality, high prices from China,pictures fake,they don't give refunds ,they don't change the stuff,delivery straight from China in 15 20 days

Hoodie arrived today… looks nothing like how it was advertised… extremely unimpressed. Cheap and nasty product, and sizing isn’t true to uk sizes. I will put it down to a poor judgement on my own part. Avoid at all costs. If anything it’s gave everyone in the house a laugh…. At my expense. Rubbish.

A hoodie being advertised at a reduction to £39.95 from £160 was far from what was portrayed. Wholly shiny polyester and would have cost nothing like the suggested original price. In addition they do not offer refunds of the full price, nor free returns. To get the refund would mean spending money to get the thing back to China. I notice on Facebook there is another company, this time with 'London' featuring as the surname, offering exactly the same product. Would not touch either.

Do NOT use this scam company. Their sizing is ridiculous and they won’t refund!!! Want to sting you for £14.95 to send your items back for a 20% refund only. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Cheap rubbish , sizes are small even when you order a 3XL
stay away you have to pay to return all made in China although they look as they are a UK company , its a scam

This company is a scam. They offer a 30 day full refund guarantee but what they don’t tell you is you have to send them back to China at your own expense. Liverpool, they are nowhere near! Advertising Men’s Leather Jackets and they are Polyester and Polyurethane when they arrive.
BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Chinese made and sized. I ordered a 3XL which is only a Lrg at best.I think they only make one size to fit all.
They do not accept returns. They tell you to keep it and pay shipping costs for them to send a bigger size. I'm not holding my breath!. They frequently change the company name. Not recommended.
