My partner ordered 4 items, v slow delivery & shoddy quality, nothing like pics, as others have said AVOID. Going to see how much discount they will give as the returns ...to China is a joke, if the refund ever arrives. Beware these cos advertising on social.media if it looks too good to be true it probably is! Back to the good old days of actually going into a shop & seeing what you're buying seems a good shout! Need to have a nj star

Total con, very low value item, when you complain they offer a tiny partial refund and then basically say screw you.

Read all the terms before you order, they do not follow UK Law.

It's this type of business that give the great nation of China a bad reputation.

Advertised as leather and was polyester. Images on website bear no resemblance to items received. Terrible cheap quality. Definitely not in Liverpool. Everything comes from China. Can’t return as too expensive and company won’t pay. Only positive thing is communication for partial refund. They send you rubbish products and hope they get away with 70% refund. Probably still making money as products are awful. Steer clear.

Steer clear, poor quality goods for the price. Although l got a further discount when l complained, the price was still too high for what l received. As for sending the package back to China tracked, l cut my losses and l can advise don't buy from this company.

There was a wide choice of jackets to choose from. Was an Ideal gift for Christmas for a man who wants nothing but love them. Gave earlier so he can loik veey smart to all our Christmas events.

Coat description leather, when arrived not leather poor quality and cheap looking do not buy from this place absolutely rubbish. Harrisons Liverpool looks a fancy shop. No size labels in the coat and label made in China. TBH you can get better in the market or from a cheap site on line.
On this site it is described as genuine leather please shop around.
Contacted customer service and yes the company is in China same item on Temu for a third of the price, the seller refused a refund offered 20% voucher for next purchase. In fairness they did respond to the email over all not a good experience. The address they use to advertise for Harrisons of Liverpool is an old shut down night club. Be careful

Avoid ar all costs, husband is fighting to try to get his 100% guarantee refund, it has been back a firth and now up to 60% for the biggest scam pilot jacket. Hoping can claim back from bank but not sure how this will work? Harrison Liverpool is in China and produced inadequate quality items at inflated cost. A £60+ pilot jacket that is supposed to be £200+, I think it would trouble to sell in a charity shop!

False advertising. If there was an option for no stars that's what I'd give. Ordered a "genuine leather" jacket. It's polyester and came from China.. Do not buy anything from this company, they are not what they say they are and should be ashamed of themselves. I will be getting in touch with trading standards. I would like to add that being persistent pays off. After several emails back and forth, starting with 10% then 30%, 50%, then 80% refund. I have now been given a full refund and told to keep the jacket. So that's something. If you're experiencing the same problem don't accept anything but a full refund from them and hopefully you'll get your money back too.

I ordered a winter coat from Harrison’s Liverpool on 15/11/2025 and as of to days date I have not received my order. I tracked my order threw there tracking service and found that Harrison Liverpool is based in China and not Liverpool. I contacted customer support only to be told it was out for delivery on the 07/12/2025 please download the Evri app, so I did and got conflicting stories. Yes it did say it was out for delivery on the above date, so then I scrolled down the page to find that Evri were infact still waiting it’s arrival. I dread to think what I’ll fined when my parcel eventually arrives after reading so many bad reviews about Harrison Liverpool in China.

NEVER order from this company. They are scammers as they are actually based in China NOT Liverpool!!
The goods took three weeks to arrive and the quality was appalling. I ordered an XL blue coat and a M grey shawl style cardigan. The coat would probably fit a young teenager and the cardigan had a large hole in it as well as having a hood.
On contacting the company they said that they do not take returns and instead they offered me a 15% refund and to keep the items.
So never be tempted to order from them.

The jumper that arrived bore absolutely no resemblance to the one advertised. I understand the company, based in China, uses AI images in their advertising on their website. It’s highly dishonest. Do not be fooled, like I was. I have returned the jumper at £23.50 tracked postage to get a full refund of £39. Hardly worth the hassle and the expense but I am sticking to my principles. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Avoid at all costs!!!! I thought I was buying from a local retailer not CHINA! 🤬. 100% polyester Chinese rubbish. Wished I had researched them properly before ordering, if you are reading this then don’t make the mistake I did. Feel conned!

Waited 3 weeks for the items. Nothing like the photos, quality rubbish and to top it off they sent random colours id not even chosen. Expensive tat to decorate the bin.

I was under the impression I was buying from a local company, not a company in China, the Liverpool is very misleading, but that is not the only issue, the hoodie I bought was nothing like the item advertised and the XL size is more like small/medium, poor quality and took weeks to arrive, avoid this company

Quality is rubbish. False advertising that they are in Liverpool, they are in fact in China. I sent a number of emails seeking redress, never got a reply. Don't buy from them.

The pilot jacket that arrived looked nothing like the one in their picture. It was too small and very thin and poorly made. They did reply to my dissatisfaction however stated a return costs would be my responsibility. The offered a100% credit or 15% refund which for something I could not use is quite unacceptable. I believe this company is giving the impression it’s a UK trading company but the items comes from China! Harrison of Liverpool is apparently a chauffeur company. Certainly not worth £65 more like £20!! I asked for a refund of 75% as the item is of no use to me. Will await their reply. As described in a few more reviews this company is not Liverpool based and will not pay return costs.Avoid this scam at all costs!UPDATE: 11/12/2025. Sophia at their office has initially agreed a 50% refund . I will donate the jacket to charity as it’s of no use to me.

Omg if only I’d had the sense to read trustpilot before I ordered absolutely scam inflated prices not as described or pictured on website as for returns and refunds I just can’t explain how I feel DONT EVER ORDER

Terrible delivery so I cannot comment on the quality but based on what I have read, I will assume the worst.
