Based on the price and photos, I expected the shirt I ordered from Harrison liverpool to be of high quality. It was a thin, flimsy fabric with uneven stitching, clearly not what was promised. I ordered a UK medium, but what I got was more like a small. Additionally, the sizing was entirely incorrect. When I tried to return it, I was told that there was no guarantee of a full refund and that shipping it back to China would cost £15. For the price I paid, the quality was shockingly low.

BEWARE! …. Quality awful , nothing like advertised …. But returns policy not transparent. Returns virtually impossible …at own cost need to return to china for refund. After much effort I settled for a small refund as so much hassle but lost money in this transaction. I would never recommend this company. A rip off. Avoid.

The company’s a con all the sizes are the same, all they do is sew or stick a size label, I bought a medium and a 2xL and they were bothe the same sizes! When I complained they apologised but asked me to pay £14.95 towards the postage as it came from there international branch! They are a joke

Sizing is way off got a 3 XL if will fit a child not an adult asked for a refund offered 20% do not buy anything claims to be a Liverpool firm but really they are in china

Zero stars. Avoid these cowboys. I ordered a jacket which still hadn't arrived after 3 weeks. I had no idea it was coming from China until I started chasing it. Yodel cowboys eventually delivered it but left it outside on the path, I didn't receive it so I'm guessing it was stolen. Neither Harrison or Yodel are taking any responsibility. Both SCAM companies.

Experience was very positive and the product is very good

Goods finally arrived after 3 weeks - jacket and shirt - way too small - supposed to be 3XL but jacket barely fits my size 14 wife never mind me.
No returns policy obvious. Contact them and then they say will cost over £20 to return and refund will take weeks. Then offer 15% for me to keep them, then 30% and the latest offer is 40%.
Its a scam.
Cheap goods from China, not sized correctly, won't give refunds. I'm having to challenge through credit card company.
STAY CLEAR - you've been warned.

Ordered a leather jacket it arrived after a 3 week weight total cheap plastic should have been leather and xL would have fitted a child pour stitching totally cheap Chinese tat false selling from china not Liverpool it’s a selling scam don’t buy anything from these cowboys can not see me getting any money back a lesson learnt on Facebook

Jacket cost me £74.99, arrived some weeks later, from China ordered XL opened package was barely a size small, what’s more halfway down the zipped pocket was stitched over making access impossible!!!! I contacted Harrison’s they had the pure cheek to ask for £14.99 shipping cost for a replacement. I went in work told colleague who googled Alibaba and found exactly same pictures of jackets on Alibaba for £14:99!!!!!!! Got my full refund staying well away don’t be fooled by the glossy website the quality is sh*te

Terrible quality item bought
100 quid for what was described as a leather jacket. Took 6 weeks to deliver and when it did arrive it was synthetic horrible nylon type material. It looked nothing like the picture.
The company are difficult to deal with and are only offering a 10% refund. Even they don't want the item back.
I don't know why they make out they are a Liverpool based company when it's clearly from China.

The company can't do anything to improve apart from close down . They lie where they are based they are not in Liverpool they are in China . There customer service is appalling, not there only offer me 20% refund on £140 worth of goods or i could return so like a #### we return have proof ..but they now their claiming we haven't paid they custom fee and it stuck at shipping ..ive emailed 5 /6 times im now going to claim back on my card as I paid over £28 to return the pile of crap 💩

Bought a Hoodie that looked fantastic in the advertisement picture, at first the company were helpful by correcting the wrong address that my card defaulted to.
But when the hoodie arrived I was far from impressed with the poor quality of the garment that didn’t look like the picture of what I thought I was getting.
I immediately contacted them and asked for a full refund. They offered 10% discount if I would accept the hoodie, I refused so they increased the offer to 30% which was also refused. I informed them unless I receive a full refund including postage for the item to go back to them (I didn’t know they are based in China because they hide behind the name Harrison Liverpool) I would contact the bank and do a chargeback. They then offered 50% but wouldn’t pay for the postage back to China that is £23 before any insurance.
I haven’t responded to that as I’m now letting the bank deal with the Scammers.

Update: As I paid by credit card I initiated a successful chargeback and got all my money back from this Company .

Do not buy from this company.
They are not from Liverpool they are from China.
I ordered a sweater which nothing like the one I ordered. When I emailed them to say I expect free shipping returns they said no.
I quote the consumer rights act so they discounted it from 50% to 60% then finally down to 80%.
I’ll be giving this sweater to charity it’s nothing like I ordered please stay away.

Just received an item from them.
This was substandard and nothing like the description.

Great stylish coat and arrived when it was expected so no complaints and one happy customer. Would recommend.

The image on website is definitely not what you received. It is not a British company. They are from China . Trying to return poor quality item is a nightmare. Ian now onto my 3rd email to company. Gone from offering me 30%refund to 70%refund and keep the cheap boots they sent us. I now have a returns form and will get full refund and will send the boots b as ok to China.
