It Took a long time to turn up. I was expecting from all the blurb that it was in stock in Liverpool but I suspect that it came from China via Azerbajan.
Apart from that they are a very honest company and f they get something wrong they spend a long time making it right. I'd recommend anyone to deal with them.

Arrived later than expected but fit was perfect and exactly like the picture. Very comfortable to wear

Items of poor quality, 1 item never showed up at all, coat I ordered eventually arrived but a an XL actually fits my 12 year old son, they offered another if I paid further delivery which stupidly I did to be told by the courier the shipping number was incorrect and the item can not be delivered. If it is possible to get a refund they literally ring fence it so you can't claim anything, over £140 spent with this company to get a jumper that looks like it was made from the thinnest material, poor stitching and then the irony to be told it's all from Liverpool but comes direct from a warehouse in China, avoid at all costs

Delivery was a bit slow, but the product itself is fine for the price.

The quality of the goods ordered didn’t match the photographs. I had a return for a garment that didn’t come close to the size I ordered. I was told that to return it would be expensive and take possibly months to as it was going back to China. I was offered 33% reduction in price if I kept the garment, which I did. I had a replacement garment sent which after going from a 2XL to a 4 XL just fitted.
I’m afraid that the garments were not to a standard I would expect

The item is not even close to what was described. The quality is poor, and the sizes do not match UK measurements. I requested a refund after returning the item at my own expense to China, yet I have not received my money back. There is no customer service telephone line available.

Nothing like description not liverpool comes from China not refund had to cancel my bank card an report fraud as after I paid . 4 payments in 5 minutes came out my account on Xmas eve avoid its a scam

Great customer service ..the response time was very quick.
The only thing is it’s Chinese sizes so you need to order bigger than usual a 3xl ladies is roughly uk size 18
Mens trousers sized as medium is really uk small .
Everything I ordered was exactly as it looked online.
There original price they show is realistically not worth it the sales price is more reasonable.
Delivery is a bit slow but it was Xmas so that has to be considered.

I ordered a leather jacket size M, when l received it, it was to small, l contacted the company and they were extremely helpful and fair. They replaced the jacket with no problems. The service was second to none, the jacket fits perfect and the quality is first class.
I have no complaints on anything, and very pleased with my purchase.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this sham of a company ! My partner was taken in by the advert running on Facebook thinking 'Harrison liverpool ' was an English shop/ business located in nearby liverpool - they show a shop frontage on thier ad & mislead potential customers...
She ordered a 'leather' jacket for me for Xmas and it took 3 weeks to arrive ( we thought it was a poor delivery delay) cut to xmas day - it's NOT leather it's FAKE leather and the size is wrong , only then after more investigation we learn your dealing with a Chinese import / export company based not in liverpool but obviously China....they have NO contact number & no physical shop in this country !
The jacket cost over £50 ( in thier sale ? ) the EXACT identical pvc jacket on temu is £15.00 !!
We can return it at our cost within 30 days for a possible? Refund but after reading the shocking 😲 reviews on trust pilot & Google we are not prepared to spend any more money...
I'm wondering if anyone has chased Facebook marketing up to bring this to thier attention?

Super hoodie, my man is Very pleased, the neck bit of the cowl/hood is fab not only for weather but the Look of it, up or down, and am really pleased, thank you! Oh and I was going to put 4 star, then realised that my only 'bad' experience with the purchase was me worrying about buying things from unknown online store, why it seemed to be flying round the World during the packing and delivery process; am not sure I will buy from so far abroad again, and would like that to be apparent on your website please, but other than my global village worries, super job, thank you and Happy New Year to Team HL :)

Product took several weeks to arrive and when it did it was far away from what was advertised. "The finest materials" is cheap polyester, "the finest workmanship" is loose threads, stitching and wonky pockets. "Harrison- "Liverpool"" is Zhejiang in China.

Returning the product involves sending to a top floor address in China which then involves the process of waiting "just a few weeks" for a refund. I accepted a 20% "good will" refund.

A scam company, avoid

How I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. The jacket I ordered is the tattiest made sweat shop ill fitting dish rag I have had the experience of!! Do not buy anything from this China based sweat shop. I managed to get a 50% refund from the supplier and put the loss if 50% down to experience.......I reiterate do not buy from this company

Only put 1 star as there was no option fir a minus - the advert gave the impression that it was from a local shop, Harrisons Liverpool, when in fact it comes from an address in Zhejiang, China - even that sounds dodgy, after four weeks waiting the jacket arrived, advertised and labelled as an XL, it barely fitted my girlfriend who is a (S) in ladies sizes, after inumerable emails were they were offering a 30% reduction and to keep the jacket, I'm taking a £14.95 hit to return it - BEWARE OF THIS SELLER, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are complete con people. What you see on their website and think you are buying is nothing like what you actually receive. They are not a UK company, everything comes from abroad (mine come from china) i bought what was described as waterproof leather riding boots. The photos on their website showed some good quality leather riding boots with thick soles and a metal logo badge on them. Firstly my order arrived late, I ordered it on 10th December and didn't receive it until 24th December after chasing multiple times. When I opened my parcel I was completely gobsmacked with what I saw! The boots are floppy and made from a kind of felt, with a thin plastic sole on them and a made up logo badge. Not leather, not waterproof, not fit for purpose of any sort let alone waterproof riding boots. Contacted the company multiple times to keep being fobbed off, being offered a 10% refund or I can return at my own cost for a full refund. I rejected this and said that this is fraud and want a full refund and the boots to be collected at their cost as they haven't sent what I ordered. They then come back with a 20% refund offer. This has gone on and on and each time they slightly increased the refund offer but only up to 65% which is not acceptable. The boots are completely useless. I am going to log this as fraud with my bank and also report to trading standards.

I viewed an advert from Harrison Liverpool. They had a hoodie I was most interested in, found the colour/size and awaited delivery. It was not very long before I received my lovely winter hoodie. It was exactly as described, lovely fit, warm to wear, really comfortable. The price was very reasonable. I am wearing it all the time and it washes up beautifully. Will certainly be going back to them for another purchase. Very happy to recommend.
