Unbelievable sh*t company, absolutely disgraceful, not a care in the world about paying customers, once they have your payment and order there not interested in you. Always refer you to the courier company, who are absolutely useless as well. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Only if you want to never see your package and payment again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Customer service answered my question quickly. Quality is acceptable.

I bought a fleece from this firm back in December and it didn’t come till mid January despite regular contact with their ( supposed) customer service. The tracking system on web site didn’t work and when the top arrived it wasn’t exactly the same as the one in the picture on Face Book. This firm pretend to be a family business based in Liverpool but they use stock photos and false information to pretend to be legit. They are actually based in China and returns are difficult and expensive. Best advice, avoid them and buy elsewhere .

Fake goods, (Chinese crap) I ordered their 'GENUINE LEATHER' jacket ordered via their size chart. Firstly it arrived and was tiny, the fit only being suitable for a child or a very petite lady and it wasn't genuine leather, it was a 50/50 polyurethane polyester mix. I complained, it was replaced with another fake of the same size. A refund was not awarded after I complained unless I paid for the return of the crap I had been sent. I asked for a replacement in XL and made of real leather, but they could not provide this and about 30 emails later where Sophie kept repeating herself, I gave in as it was like communicating with a trained monkey. Deal with these lying chumps at your peril, you WILL regret it. By the way, you are not dealing with the real Harrisons of Liverpool, but a pseudo company selling Chinese CRAP!!!

Purchased hoodie from the ‘pro’ looking British website. Lots of choice and colours.
Received the item yesterday, completely underwhelmed by the top, poor quality material, ill fitting and awful finish.
I applied for a refund to find out it’s a website company supplying to order from China. To get a refund you have to be accompanied by both sets of great grandparents with proof of life.

Forget it. Avoid this company, do not purchase from this Butch Cassidy and Sundance, not transparent.

The product is NOT what you expect from the images. The polos were actually decent (although a very sporty material rather than professional fabric), but the shorts I got were as if they came from TEMU.

The returns process comes at quite a high fee to the customer, but the response rate from the website was quick, and at least faux empathetic offering a partial refund and me keeping the low quality product

The items are very poor quality and very small in size.i would avoid this company at any cost.

Took three weeks to arrive from China NOT liverpool.
Ordered a jacket in a size M.
They sent XL.
Item looked like it had been made by a child using a paper towel for material.

I read all the bad reviews after ordering a coat. Googled the item and found a ‘London’ company with an identical item.
Instructed my bank to stop the payment, which was a complete waste of time. Contacted the company and after a few days got my money back. Sophie was very good. You need to cancel quickly before the goods are sent.

Order 1 jacket for the wife and a hoody for me £120 worth, should have recieved them by the 10 January 2026, not arrived yet. Pity I didn't read the reviews not expecting anything of quality IF I actually do recieve anything. Thought I was buying UK prooduct not CHEAP CHINESE BOWL OF RICE ADAY CRAP

I ordered two jackets double XL
When they came, one was like a large and one was a XL
I requested my money back. I was getting told I had to send it back and pay for shipping.
And once they receive it, I would wait for 30 days to receive a refund
Coats went to charity
Do not order it from here
They have the same items on TikTok
I paid double the price for one coat
And triple the price of another absolute joe do not order from these

Polite and helpful response from the company when a different size jacket was required.
The factory sizings appear to be around two levels smaller than European or American ones. However if this is taken into account when ordering you will get a crackingky good product.

I must admit my delivery didnt make christmas day present ,but thats realy not down to Harrisons .but jackets nice if not lined as I would have liked .

One word: BEWARE. A scam company. I ordered a polo shirt which was advertised as reduced form £140 to £34.95. When It arrive I was shocked. It looked nothing like the one in the picture in every respect, the poor quality, material, cut, design, fitting. I immediately contacted HL who offered me a 15% rebate. I rejected it and the came back with 30% telling me I would have to pay for shopping back to China. I contacted my bank about the scam and my money was refunded. BEWARE.

My order did take longer to arrive than expected and unfortunately were too tight .
I was given three options for my refund .All emails were answered quickly and my refund was issued, Although I would have preferred a credit back into my account, i settled for a full credit on my account and kept the item .

Size comes up very small in my experience
