I have purchased two pieces of jewellery from them, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude. The quality of their jewellery is quite impressive, and the delivery was extremely efficient and prompt. I would like to extend my thanks again in the future, when I am ready to purchase more.

Item received was significantly smaller than expected. Requested a refund on condition that I return the item. This cost me £28.80. The package was returned to me several weeks later, stating that Harrison-Liverpool failed to collect the item (unclaimed). They are refusing to refund me unless I re send the item at my own expense! Do not use them! Sizes are wrong, service and honesty questionable

The tennis bracelet it lovely, however I still need instructions on how to do it up.

The bracelets and ring i brought were very pretty and my granddaughters are very pleased ,great size for small wrist no good for me with a larger wrist but great designs the ring is classic solitaire

I have bought two beautiful rings from Harrison James one a sapphire and zirconia and the other a silver solitaire. I am more than happy with the rings but did have a bit of a hiccup with the delivery and had to send a couple of emails, but all sorted now.
The jewellery is beautiful

Very happy with my order and after a problem with one item that was damaged during delivery are very helpful to sort this out for me.
Just one small criticism I did think the items would come with a box but still very happy with the quality and after service

Yes do look cheaply made and it's true to say you don't get anything for nothing but surely you don't believe your going to get items made of GOLD or SILVER just for the price of postage. You get what you paid for and I for one was happy to pay the postage as I know it would've cost me more.
The package arrived on time and yes I was a little disappointed, but was I really expecting something made of gold or silver ?
I don't think it was valued properly ie over £100 There's know way on earth that any jewllers, closing down or not is going to give items costing that much for just the cost of the postage.
All in all, I'm happy with my purchase which is a gift for my wife and the item being unique and unusual would make the perfect Christmas stocking filler.
