If I could give negative stars I would. These shoes are not what they advertise. Go ahead and waste your money. My kids were dying laughing at the quality and how they looked on. I literally threw them in the garbage BEFORE embarrassing myself in public with that garbage on. Buyer be aware…like oceanfront property in Montana!!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this site that I need before an international trip. Their website states the shipping time is 4-6 business days, so I ordered based on that information to have the shoes on time before my trip. Order status has been stuck on “label created” for days. When I contacted customer support through the email listed on their site, I got no response despite repeated tries. Can’t get through on the phone either. Finally got through by sending a third message and then I’m told the order will be shipped within 8-12 days - and they refuse to cancel it now.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion and I do not recommend this site. Several other sites sell the same products, but because harrow Ellis wasted days before responding so I won’t be receiving anything in time for my trip even if I ordered elsewhere. Stay away is my advice.

Purchased a pair of heels for 74.95 and received a pair that did not match the picture. It had brown straps in the picture and came with silver sparkle straps. Experienced extended bartering emails with the customer service rep telling me I can keep the item and would receive a store credit. I wanted to return for a refund and kept emailing her over several days and she would only offer store credit. I asked for return policy and she wouldn’t send it. Finally received a form and was told I could get a refund if I returned item to a China address (within 30 days from delivery) and by then it was too late.

Got some black leather shoes and it looks really clean. The quality is noticeable straight away. I’m happy with the purchase and The stitching is really well done and complete the outfit

basically I bought some shoes for a formal business event and the stitching is really good. It feels really well-made and the design is simple but looks clean. Definitely worth it.

I purchased two pairs of a size 9 sandals. When I received them, they were not size 9. They were clearly size 8 on a US professional shoe scale. The shoes had no size markings on them. Or tags. They came from China. I tried to call the company by phone 4 separate times for a return. It rings, but then just hangs up. It’s not a working number. I then tried to contact the company by email, and that is when the games began. I have multiple emails from them trying to “barter” with me regarding a return. When I finally got a return form, it shows I’m supposed to ship the shoes back to China. This is counter to what their website states. Their website states they are US company. Their website is a misleading scam. You are actually ordering from China. Any return will have to be sent back to China. If your shipment gets lost, you will not get a refund. I will be contacting my credit Card company to distribute the charge. I will also be contacting the Attorney General. Not a US based company. Address on website does not exist.

Amazing good

They sent me wrong size of the 2 pair of shoes. Now I ask for the return and refund. They said only pay 30% of the amount what I paid. That crazy.

’m obsessed with my heels. They look elegant but feel surprisingly stable. Perfect for events and date nights.
