Very poor quality and misleading advertising. Also, to get a full refund item must be mailed back to china which is cost prohibiting! Do not order from this company, it’s a scam!

Purchased a linen shirt and received a polyester shirt that looked nothing like the advertisement online when purchased. The company did not refund my money or acknowledge the deception of item being purchased. Do not purchased from this company

Complete scam! Ordered a brown jacket - arrived in red. They refuse to allow me to refund this at first, offering a variety of different options I multiple times said I did not want. Now the window to return is almost closed and they want me to pay to return the item back to them despite the item being a total scam. Do not ever order from here.

This company is a scam. It took three weeks to receive the dress, which I found out came from China. The dress was a long gown in their photo and it was up to my daughter’s upper shins. The material was garbage. They would not provide me with a return address. They told me I had to provide shipping back to them, which would be outrageous. They also dragged out three weeks of back-and-forth emails just to tell me I had to ship it back on my own dime. They were probably trying to get me to the 30- day mark. Luckily, my credit card company took the charge off. I wish I could post the photos of the dress on their website and the dress we received, as it’s ridiculous.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding, with plenty of time to arrive. 4 days before the wedding, they email me to tell me. They don't have the color dress I ordered, would I like another color. I said, Fine, just get me a dress. My daughter's wedding is friday. They said, "thank you very much for your prompt response. We will "guarantee" you'll have your dress by Friday" I even told them I would pay for rush shipping. They said there was no need. Well here we are, the wednesday AFTER my daughter's wedding, and I still don't have the dress. I'm glad I put absolutely 0 faith in them and ordered 3 other dresses from other sites, that all 3 arrived before the wedding day. I know people talk bad about SHEIN, Amazon & Temu, but all I gotta say is, at least you get your shipments. I will NEVER shop from Hudson Claye ever again. And I will be sending their dress back. If it ever arrives.

Shockingly bad quality Chinese stuff. Overshirt with two pockets, one was sewn on about 4 inches higher on one side than the other. Loose threads hanging everywhere. Could get better down the market for a fiver

If I could leave zero stars I would. Really regretting not checking reviews before using them to purchase some boots.
Absolutely disgusting quality, smelt awful. I knew I was in trouble as soon as I realised they were being shipped from China. Obviously wanted to return. Encouraged to keep them with some kind of voucher, I declined. I sent back to China where of course they are now waiting in some customs warehouse.
Terrible customer service once things started to go wrong. I don’t know how anyone with a moral compass could work for this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. ABSOLUTE SCAM. They use AI photos for great looking clothes, when they arrive about 6 weeks later, you can clearly see it’s cheap Chinese and awful clothes. Can’t get hold of anyone, number is fake and when you do get emailed back they offer you credit. PAY ON CREDIT CARD. Luckily I got my money back from these assholes

I have been in battle with this shocking company for months, immediately cancelled a pair of sandals they added to my order, which I didn't order, but they still took the money and sent them, the other size 13 pair were more of a size 11. They keep sending me offers off a future order and refuse to pay p&p to return, to gawd knows where, but i have said I would never order from them again! Luckily my bank replaced the payment for the pair they added. Delivery takes forever. Unlike me not to search reviews before ordering, so wish I had! Please avoid purchasing from this awful company, they don't even merit one star!!

Ordered a dress for a wedding and it came after 2-3 weeks. I ordered an XS but it fits like a medium or large so it’s terribly big and long. Extremely inappropriate sizing. Looking back at the dress webpage they only have a sizing chart listed for shoes….not clothes! So it’s not helpful at all. I have to pay to ship back to China if I want to return it which will not be worth the cost to do so. They will only offer 15% store credit and let me keep dress. I have no intentions of purchasing from them again. I gave it two stars because they were at least quick to respond to me via email. I would recommend no one else does the same. I will be disputing purchase with my credit card company

Absolutely horrible quality and impossible to return.

Horrible, do not waste your time or money. I purchased a two piece men's short set, and they sent me something totally different. The quality is terrible, the clothing smelled funny, and it looked nothing like the pictures on the website. They refused to give me a refund, but my bank gave me one after I submitted pictures.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this scammers. They advertised a coat and sent the most horrible looking coat to me and they’re using delay tactics to dodge a refund. They said if you return to a wrong address not provided by the company within 30 days, they won’t refund, they initially offered 10% store credit for me to keep the rubbish coat to avoid refund. They offered another 30% store credit just because they want to avoid refund. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!! We have both exchanged 10 emails as l’m reporting. The coat QUALITY IS TERRIBLE!!! Compared to what was advertised.

Delivery is v slow took 2 weeks and now I am struggling to get a return address. Have been offered 15% store credit or a free replacement.
Emails back and forth for a simple return.
Have declined offers and will try my luck at returning and tracking it.
Not impressed and will avoid now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER OR PARENT COMPANY AMPJ. Although they offer a clear refund policy they will not fulfil it. I bought four items which arrived in obscure sizing and terrible quality so I wanted to return them, spent weeks being messed around with Ai responses and no way to get in touch with a human. They deployed delay and distraction tactics and had no intention of returning my money.Awful. And the clothing quality is abhorrent too.

The worst! Ordered shoes months ago, said they would exchange them as they sent the wrong size, yet every time I asked when this would happen they said the item was not available currently, yet I was able to go online & re purchase them! Do not use, they are so quick to take your money but not resolve an issue.

Falsely advertised products. Shirts looked NOTHING like the pictures online, completely different product was sent to me. They then tried to tell me I had to pay for the return shipping, when they were the ones who sent incorrect/falsely advertised merchandise. I had to report it to my credit card company to settle the matter as they were not willing to make it right without me paying for return shipping. ALSO, I wouldn't even trust that they will give you a correct address if you tried to return. They have a statement that says "we are not responsible for items sent to the incorrect return address." I'd say it's pretty clear they do not intend to refund anything.

Don’t be drawn into this scam. Waited 3 weeks for 2 items, which, when they eventually turned up, were nothing like the pictures on their website and the quality was simply shocking. Didn’t bother pursuing a refund as the comms experience was also a shocker. Lessons learnt.
