If I could give a -100 I would this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with in 40 years.
The merchandise is cheap poorly made, and looks nothing like what is advertised
Trying to return the product is absolutely impossible. I have sent 36 emails asking for the return label or address and they keep responding with BS and no address.
WARNING TO ALL DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED

Absolutely rubbish rubbish and again rubbish company. Do not buy anything from them. I sent the item back for refund and they completely ignored it. Stay away from garbage !

Absolutely disgusted. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a trouser suit from them on 9th January which turned out to be delivered from China even though I ordered from a website registered in the Netherlands.I would not even use as a duster, it was in a small bag, crumpled up and creased. I paid £49.95. I arranged and paid for it to be returned. The return address was to China. They sent a return note. I paid another £12.90 and sent to them after receiving authorisation from them.This was on 01/02 2026. I kept messaging them regarding my refund,to be told it had to be with them before refund could be paid. We then found out they had rejected the item, unopened in China. I have received it back at my address today 07/08/2026 with a stamp on the packaging saying the return address is unknown even though it was the returns note sent by the company. It has taken so long I am giving the process up.Absolutely furious and disappointed.The company is a sham. Please do not buy from this company. I am a pensioner and can ill afford to lose money when it was paid in good faith. Previous name was Hudson Grace, now changed to Hudson Claye

Dreadful! I ordered sandals in size 12.5 or my husband, and they are no more than a 10 at best. Arrived WEEKS after expected. But the quality was so bad and so they are to cheaply made - just horrible.

Ordered a shirt from this website that said it was Canadian. Got a notification over 2 weeks after I placed my order that said my shirt had been shipped, and of course the tracking information was from a site I had never seen before, and my shirt had been shipped directly from China. Over 2 weeks after the shirt was shipped it got to my place. I got the shirt out of the package and it was essentially in a ziploc bag all crumpled up. The collar had threads coming out of it and it had a conspicuous stain on it. Also, I ordered a men’s large, and it didn’t even fit my girlfriend who wears a women’s medium. I paid 5 dollars for shipping protection because I thought the site seemed a little sketchy, and I’ve had stuff taken from my apartment mailroom before, so I figured I could get a refund for my purchase like the website stated. When I reached out to customer service through email, they were unwilling to give me a refund. They asked me if I wanted another one shipped, so I eventually said yes. After they asked for the specific shirt I had ordered and my size, I replied with the information they asked for. I didn’t hear anything back from them after that point, and I’ve reached out every week for the past 5 weeks about the replacement shirt, and they haven’t replied to ANYTHING. These people are scammers selling the lowest quality Chinese product imaginable. If you’re ballsy enough to order something from this site, don’t expect it to look anything like the images on the website, don’t buy shipping protection, and order at least 4 sizes up.

Ordered a shirt from this company then to be told not available.

Keep emailing and keep getting broken promises and excuses from Angel.

I don’t have words to explain this scam company. They are fake and they pose as if when u order clothes, they would be delivered in few days. On the contrary they request the order in China where it starts manufacturing and then takes 3 months to reach you. If after requesting even if you want to cancel the order they lie and say it’s on transit so cannot cancel. Shit fabric and quality of products. Once you receive the product and want to return it you have to pay postage to send it back to China where it came from. Even after paying £30 postage the Chinese authority does not allow it to go through customs. It’s a full scam!!!!!!

Returns are a nightmare, if you even ever hear from them. Constant negotiation for In store credit.

Avoid avoid avoid. This is a scam company from China, not a UK company. Its been a week and still not even shipped and constantly lied to on all emails. I wish I had read reviews before ordered as they all say cheap clothing from China. Scam alert and cant return for a refund as in China and the just refuse the return, so wasting more money paying to return the goods. Absolutely outrageous that this is allowed. I ordered as advertised on Facebook and the jumpsuits looked lovely. Will not fall for a scam like this again.

Do not do business with this company. Rubbish products ... fake tracking numbers. No email contact replies from them answering questions. They say free returns but they only offer store credit vouchers not money back. I am reporting them to UK Standards Commission. The only way to sort them out is NOT TO BUY from them. Totally dishonest.

Absolute shambles of a company…sorry, ‘company’. Lovely website, draws you in. Ordered two dresses for around £150. Terrible quality - cheap, nasty material, shapeless, etc. Emailed to arrange a refund and had AI emails back - generic, duplicating, not answering my questions. Eventually managed to get an address in China - no surprise there. Been in customs for well over a month - I don’t think the address is genuine. Must have sent 20 odd emails now to get a refund and still nothing. Stay well clear.

Customer service team is not helpful in resolving any issues. My order never got delivered and the team is completely unresponsive. Moreover the order took over a month to arrive with the company providing no shipment updates throughout. Would not recommend

These are a terrible company. I ordered a size 8 uk shoe and was sent a size 41 which is clearly a size 7 uk. After telling them of this they said they would send a size 42 free of charge. I offered to send the wrong size back and was told I could keep them for their wrongdoing, obviously no use to me as they're the wrong size. I was then told they didn't have size 42 and would I like a different size . I pointed out a different size is useless to me and could I have a refund or a size 42 in a different colour. I was told that they sent the right order and if I want a refund then send the original pair back at my own cost. I have asked for proof that their size 41 is a UK size 8 and have had no reply. This is a warning to any future customers not to use this company

ordered a BLACK cardigan -size 2XL . It took 2 weeks to arrive. It certainly was not the correct size. If I want to return it it would cost at least £10 to return to China. Simply do not engage with this company

Shocking experience, avoid at all cost.
Bought an outfit back in early April in 2 different sizes. Neither fitted but also two different tones of white!
Tried to get a refund, kept getting offers of a credit instead. Why would I buy anything from them given the sizing issue and colours again!
Finally agreed to a refund sent items back nearly two months later items still in customs and no refund!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. So expensive for something that is not what is in the picture. They won’t let you return no matter how many times you ask for return information. The call number is fake. The sizing is also POOR I bought two to try on for sizing and decided it was not what I needed for a wedding . 200$ wasted since they won’t let me return

I bought grey cargo shorts unfortunately.The two back pockets are stitched up so you cannot use them.They are advertised as sold with a canvas belt & I did not receive a belt.After wearing for a couple of days the grey colour disappeared leaving a rusty red colour material on the front legs.These are probably seconds or have been copied/fake originals in a sweatshop somewhere.Hudson Claye must know what they sell as many people have complained & are obviously a corrupt company..Buy nothing from them!
