Trustworthy, reliable, efficient and friendly.

HSC are trustworthy, reliable, efficient and friendly. My family have been a client of theirs for over twenty years for our MOTs and services. We had tried many other local, and also not so local garages, before we tried them, none of which gave us the same peace of mind. Hence we have remained a regular customer for over two decades.
Naturally I highly recommend them very highly.

I was happy with diagnosis of the…

I was happy with diagnosis of the problem but surprised that so much labour cost was involved in changing the ignition switch. Also the car was not cleaned when I picked it up.

If we get chances to wash other cars for standard repairs we aim to do so, but currently we are quite busy, so unfortunately you vehicle was not washed & hoovered. Team HSC.

NX300 full service carried out…

had my nx300 full service carried out by HSC few more issues found and rectfied by the garage,staff are great and helpfull, pleased with the work carried out at a price more competitive then lexus dealeships.more then happy to have future services carried out at HSC

Damaged my new merc’s engine

They damaged my Mercedes engine after their faulty repairs and fake service. Took my brand new merc to Harrow service centre for a coolant pump issue, they ended up cutting my wires and taping them with electric tape which caused water to go through all the wires and caused another coolant pump to go faulty. I had to take it to Mercedes dealership to fix the damages they did. So not only did I pay a fortune but ended up paying a lot more to go fix their work!! Absolutely nightmare. DO NOT recommend. Who ever is leaving positive reviews is lying. Or is a bot. Do not take your car to them they will scam you and ruin your cars engine even more!! And then they will tell you that you have 30 day guarantee with their work so bring back the car if it has problems after their work.. again a SCAM so they can say there is a “new problem” and it has nothing to do with their work and they’ll charge you more. Absolutely horrendous experience. Don’t believe any of these positive reviews and don’t take your car there unless you want it ruined. I had to get ALL their work repaired by the dealership after! Who were very shocked at how they ripped off my engine wires then stuck them back together with tape!!!!!

How can a 2019 Mercedes A Class with 60812 miles which has had only 2 services updated digitally on the Mercedes platform be brand new? In 28.10.19 at Gerard Mann for Service A at 9405 miles and 20.12.23 at Harrow Service Centre for Service B at 57713 miles,

Your vehicle was booked in with us on 12/12/23 for a full service and the engine light showing on the dashboard after you had gone over a cycle and the insurance company had repaired the body damage and declined to rectify the engine light as they mentioned there was no chance of the engine light coming on as result of the accident.

You asked us to contact the insurance company on your behalf, which we did, and they declined the claim. We replaced the electronic coolant water pump which just requires plugging in and no wiring needs to be rectified so your review does baffle us.
It will only be kind and courteous of you to leave a wonderful review for the Mercedes dealer who has helped you out.

We have an outstanding protocol in place in providing the best in customer satisfaction and value for money and the testaments from our customers from over 1200 reviews combined on Google, speaks for itself along with being finalists for Garage of the Year 2022 and 2023.

We hope you have achieved peace of mind by posting a negative review when we did the best, we can for you.

MOT marvellous service

Needed an MOT sameday due to a malfunction at my usual -> these lovely folk squeezed me in THAT AFTERNOON and did a smooth efficient job, whilst I waited in their well euqipped reception lounge. Honestly cannot fault a thing erverything was great. Would recommend.

First time customer. Saved myself a over £500 on servicing…

Saved myself a over £500 on servicing my BMW X7 with HSC compared to BMW Main dealership. Service record was updated on the XDrive and BMW data base. BMW main dealership also quotes over £800 to repair a disconnected sensor. HSC simply replugged it in for free. Very professional and honest service.

This garage will rip you off

I’m not sure why this garage has such good reviews, I left my car in last year and was charged nearly a grand for a full service on my bmw 5 series it’s usually only £350 in a German car specialist. I then after a few weeks experienced further issues in my car and was charge £510 when I took it back. I asked them to also fit an emergency call system battery which they informed me they could not do, and that only bmw could fit this. I was able to YouTube this and fit the battery myself, so this was quite alarming as I have no mechanical experience. I also has a problem with my button that unlocked the child lock for the windows at the back of the car, I was told they would have to strip the door down and make an investigation into this, at this stage I knew something was wrong and said that I did not want them to do this and to give me the car back. I was then able to YouTube the issue and it was simply that some dust was stuck around the button and needed to be blown out. When I went to collect the car one of the staff members had taken my keys home with them, in my opinion this was done on purpose as I had challenged them about the amount of repairs and costs I was being charged on the car as it was a 2019 model and was serviced every 6 months with no issues. When I took it to a German car specialist for my next service he could confirm that I was just being overcharged and the amount of repairs on the report sheet from H.S.C could not have been possible, I ended giving them almost £1500.

Thank you for your valuable custom and we are very sorry to hear of your disappointment and appreciate your time in sharing your detailed false review with us. You have failed to mention in detail what really happened.

Firstly you visited as twice, 15.11.23 (mileage 89686) and 04.11.24, (mileage 94904) on your first visit we performed a full service and on your request you asked us to have a look at the vehicle jerking when accelerating on fuel mode and not hybrid, where we diagnosed spark plug and four ignition coils worn & unserviceable and thereafter the vehicle was running smoothly, The cost of your first visit including VAT was £957.00 for a full service that included, oil filter, engine oil, engine flush, air filter and pollen for £549.00 and £408.00 for labour, four spark plugs and ignition coils. The total cost of £957.00.

On your second visit 04.01.24 you booked in your vehicle for the cruise control not working and we diagnosed the steering squid to be worn and unserviceable, and you were given the cost of £510.00 including VAT. On this occasion you asked us to have a look at the passenger windows won’t unlock and we advised we will need to remove front right door panel to inspect which you declined for us to proceed.

We mentioned the call system battery was unable to be done by us because of many previous experiences whereby it’s not always just the battery needing replacing as you suggest you were able to do by looking at a YouTube video. In some cases, the complete unit would need to be changed with specialist programming, so for that reason we recommended booking in with BMW. You don’t need mechanical experience to watch and copy from a YouTube video, but it also does not make you an experienced and knowledgeable vehicle technician. So fairly, instead of taking your money for the time we would have spent changing the battery for us to perhaps tell you it’s not fixed, we feel our recommendation was fair.

A technician took your vehicle keys accidentally and returned them within 30 minutes, at which time you could have asked for clarification on the repairs or a discount which you didn’t.

We have an outstanding protocol to follow up every customer by email or call after a few days of visiting us where you can address your concerns, you failed to reply to our email and chose to leave us a negative review which isn’t fair.

Every business has its own operating cost depending on their rent, rates, staff salaries, staff training and affiliation with motoring bodies i.e. RMI, Bosch, which are different to other garages.

We are confused on how your vehicle is serviced every six months when below the digital uploads for your information are.

23.05.24 – 87828 miles – _ _ _ Auto Services
15.11.24 – 89686 Miles – Harrow Service Centre
20.04.21 – 19887 miles – Fairfield Garage
02.05.19 – 7 miles – GBA Group

The mileage on your vehicle when you had its MOT on 13.02.2024 was 97906 and when you had it serviced at _ _ _ Auto Services, they entered 87828. Your new garage can’t even get the basic details correct; hope they have serviced it correctly.

We have an outstanding protocol in place in providing the best in customer satisfaction and value for money and the testament from our customers speaks for itself.

Excellent Customer Service

I took my car for an MOT & FULL SERVICE. Excellent customer service. Great technicians. They also washed and hoovered my car, which I was not expecting so I was very happy. I would 100% recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Harrow Service Centre.

First visit

This was the first time that I had been to Harrow Service Centre.
The staff were helpful, pleasant and efficient. They dealt with the issue promptly and explained what had been needed. The car was cleaner, too, when I collected it!
I would certainly return when the need arises.

Exceptional Service and Convenience at Harrow Service Centre (my third visit)

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at Harrow Service Centre. With a young family of five, maintenance of our cars (in particular, my 9 year old Mitsubishi Outlander) can often be a stressful task, but the team at Harrow Service Centre made the process incredibly smooth and affordable.

A couple of weeks prior to my MOT, I received a timely reminder from the centre, which was a great help as a busy mum and teacher, I am always forgetting things. They managed to book my car in on a Saturday for a tyre change before the scheduled the MOT for the following morning.

When I arrived for the tyre change, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call about 30 minutes later. They offered to complete my MOT that same day, saving me the hassle of returning the next day. This flexibility suited me perfectly.

The service exceeded my expectations once again when they promised the car would be ready by 1pm but actually had it ready by 11am. This was a huge relief as I had my very impatient toddler with me.

The staff at Harrow Service Centre are always friendly and approachable, making each visit a pleasant experience. My husband also brings his Skoda here as well, and we both plan to continue returning for all our car needs.

Thank you so much for such amazing service! I highly recommend Harrow Service Centre to anyone looking for reliable and accommodating car maintenance.
