Failed MOT for Tire Pressure monitor…
Failed MOT for Tire Pressure monitor not working. I went to another MOT station, they put some air in tires and it was OK.

Hi Catalin, Thank you for your 1* review. Please understand we do not make the rules for MOT testing. We just follow the rules. Hopefully the next garage you visited after 63 miles rectified the light before passing the MOT.
As per your updated review, we had back to back MOTs booked in and we are against time to avoid disappointing other customers. Its unfortunate when we mentioned it failed on the TPMS light, you said the tyre pressures are fine, however now your review says otherwise. Had you politely asked to have tyre pressures topped up, we would've mentioned the waiting time for us to perform the pressures & reset.

Always excellent service
Always excellent service. The team are polite, friendly and attentive. I've been taking my Polo to them for quite a while and wouldn't go to anyone else. Thoroughly recommend.

Great Service from start to finish.
I have been using Harrow service centre for over 15 years. They always go out of their way to help with what ever car problems I have had over the years. Going the extra mile to be helpful. Recently helping me to get my daughter’s car started that had not been driven for several months, so it could have an MOT.
The staff are all extremely polite and friendly and they keep you informed/ updated throughout the process.Great service.

Possibly the best experience I ever had when having my car serviced. From the initial enquiry to the booking in and on the day of the service. Kept informed at all times. Absolutely 5 stars and at a fair price. So glad I found the Harrow Service Centre!
