From the start all my communications ref my claim have been dealt with efficiently and by very informative, friendly, understanding personnel. When I called to ask how my settlement was reached a kind gentleman promptly advised the right dept would call back, which they did and Donna explained in detail how my settlement was reached in a friendly, knowledgeable way.

Easy to understand website which made joining the club stress free. Love that I get free postage and packing on all my purchases from the Harry Hall website because as a horse owner I am always buying something for her and the selection available is fantastic and reasonably priced.

The staff although lovely to speak to, their insurance firm Equus are HORRENDOUS. The process has been a nightmare and I will be cancelling all policies held with them - which is a fair few! Never known such a F about in my life!!

As an all round equestrian company, they have met my needs in every way. I liked to be able to select the lever of cover I needed for my horse and to be able to add in options for extras as they arise. I often end up back on the site for shopping too.

I recently broke a bone after a fall from my horse and luckily had taken out bone fracture cover with Harry Hall! After some communication back and forth they gave me a significant sum of money no quibble and I’m very impressed! Just waiting for the money :)

Being a returning one club customer, I ran i to issues trying to buy insurance online as the system thought I had more horses than I have. One quick call to the sales team later and all was in order without any fuss.

Renewed my rider insurance with them after being away for a bit but they had all my details on file and it was very quick and easy to get it sorted.

I first rang to join One club for insurance reasons, the lady I spoke too went above and beyond helping me explaining everything to me what was available and other options that come with the One club. I was also informed that they do insurance for holidays as well which is AMAZING!
The discount you get with One club as well is ideal too, we brought a couple of rugs for our little boys new pony it’s been a good saving!
Definitely highly recommend joining the One club!
