Faultless service from start to finish
Faultless service from start to finish. Started with a phone call from me and after being told, not necessarily what I needed to know by Chris I knew this was where I wanted to buy my car. Chris and the guy working outside in the mechanic bays we're very welcoming. Absolutely faultless from the start

I was treated as an important customer at all times, questions were answered honestly and comprehensively. There was no pressured salesmanship and I was given plenty of time to come to a decision.

Superb Service, Highly Recommended
We dealt with Chris Parry, who was superb from start to finish. Excellent communication, very prompt always to respond. He was very thorough on all aspects of the purchase, explaining everything very clearly. We were at the showroom twice before completing the purchase and on both occasions we received a very warm and friendly welcome. His level of professionalism was superb, and we felt very confident purchasing our vehicle here. We can't recommend Chris and his company highly enough.

My experience was amazing
My experience was amazing. I am based in Germany and made contact with Nick Hall by phone. The interaction was second to none. His knowledge of the car and professional dedication to my needs were what drove me to purchase the car. The car was as it showed on the website, parked inside and polished to the highest standards. The other main fact that Harvey Cooper is a great dealer and even after signing for the car I was offered any other assistance once purchased. I would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat.

We recently purchased a BMW X3 from…
We recently purchased a BMW X3 from Harvey Cooper Cars (sister company to Alexander Prestige), and our experience has been nothing short of shocking.
After travelling all the way from Birmingham, we were excited to finally get our new family car. Just 60 miles into our drive home on the motorway, we heard a terrifying noise and had to pull onto the hard shoulder. We discovered that a front splitter had been dangerously loose and was hanging off the car. At motorway speeds this could have caused a serious accident, putting not only us but other road users at risk.
We immediately contacted the dealership (with photos), yet instead of taking responsibility, they have spent the week blaming us. They claimed the part must have been damaged by us, despite evidence from the manufacturer (Maxton) confirming it had been incorrectly fitted before sale and should have been picked up during the “thorough vehicle checks” Harvey Cooper claims to do.
Rather than apologise or resolve the issue, the dealership then deflected by suddenly criticising the car we part-exchanged, which had previously been fully serviced and inspected without issue. This behaviour feels incredibly unprofessional and dismissive.
Buying a car should feel safe and exciting — instead, this has been stressful, upsetting, and damaging to our trust. I cannot recommend Harvey Cooper Cars or Alexander Prestige. If safety and customer care matter to you, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

We are sincerely sorry you have had an issue with your vehicle and were alarmed to hear of your experience. The front splitter of your car was installed some 6 years ago and was not defective, loose, or faulty when you collected your car at handover.
We are investigating your complaint including the possibility that external factors may have caused the damage during your drive home as well as other potential causes.
The safety of all our customers is paramount, and we strongly refute any allegation suggesting otherwise.
Your complaint is still ongoing, and we are taking your concerns very seriously with the hope we can work with you to reach a resolution.

Outstanding service
With a new car looming, I sold my Mini Countryman Cooper S to Harvey Cooper. Their service was outstanding, making sure I was kept in the loop and helping me through the process step by step. Their customer service was excellent from the initial communication, sorting the logistics with Shelly, collection by Evan and payment transaction by James.

We saw a mini JCW and loved it
Made contact with Chris who was friendly and helpful straight away.
Not pushy at all very knowledgeable.
Chris even got used to my phone number when I rang and answer with my name, very impressed.
We decided not to purchase the car .
Chris was still amazing when we said we had changed our minds, and polite and said he would refund our deposit immediately, no pressure whatsoever.
I would recommend this dealership 100%, as Chris made the whole experience amazing, even though we did not purchase the car as changed our minds.
