I purchased an iPhone from your merry hill store this week. The service I received was brilliant. Mario helped with my choice of phone and sold me what I needed to get started. Plug etc. there was no pressure.
Mathew transferred my data to my new phone. Always polite and helpful.
My third purchase from this store. Brilliant, I hope the store does well.

Great visit, super helpful and knowledgeable! Paige helped us decide on a Shark Hoover, in fact Paige explained why we should purchase a specific model on sale, taking the time to clearly explain and go through the description.

We then went on to look at Fridge Freezers where we met Kenny, he actually remembered my name from a visit 2 months ago where i purchased a tumble dryer. Today Kenny, much like Paige was again extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained the merits of the fridge freezer which we purchased.

As we were heading to pay and accepting the additional warranty Paige along with Lucy were able to sell us a toaster!

Amazing shop/store in a prime location at Merry Hill. The shop is always well organised and tidy, I visited the store to have a look at the tablets for my daughter. There is loads of gadgets, tablets and laptops on display to try.

Shortly after picking out a tablet, we were approached by a store assistant who offered his help. Gary was professional, polite & shared information that was relatable to me and my daughter. Everything was explained, the item was price matched to a big online retailer - everything was perfect

I had a great experience at Harvey Norman at Merry Hill thanks to James. I went in looking for a MacBook Pro but wasn’t 100% sure which model would suit me best, and he made the whole process really easy.

He clearly knew his stuff, talked me through the options without any pressure, and actually listened to what I needed rather than just trying to upsell. It felt like genuine advice rather than a sales pitch, which I appreciated.

In the end, I walked out confident I’d made the right choice, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. It’s not often you get service like that, so it definitely stood out. Will definitely be returning.

I wanted to share my recent experience regarding my recent order through Harvey Norman. I initially ordered a 13" MacBook cover but, unfortunately, received a 15" cover instead. I tried phoning the Merry Hill Store several times to resolve the issue, but each time my call was cut off. Eventually, I emailed-and they arranged for the incorrect cover to be collected and assured me that the right item would be posted out once they received the return.

I had previously submitted a review detailing my experience and was contacted by Harvey Norman by phone with an offer of a £5 e-voucher if I removed my negative review, which i did. They assured me that I would receive the e- voucher no later than Tuesday evening, but I have yet to receive anything.

Given the circumstances, and the lack of follow-through on the promised e- voucher, I feel it’s important to share this review to reflect the level of poor customer service I received. NB. The exchange was not suitable and a refund is being organised.

Matthew was extremely helpful in providing an excellent service. He helped me pick out a product appropriate to my needs, and also provided good advice on accessories including a screen protector. Thank you so much!

The sales advisor Faris was a nice friendly helpful person he knew what he was selling could tell us the difference between the TV models what was good about each one so we could decide which one we preferred .

Gary and Maisie were really helpful sorting our purchases for us. The deals on offer were great and they helped us to find exactly what we needed and processed it all smoothly.
