Ropey display items dont help sales process
Went to look at recliner chairs in the Holywood store, they had one on offer £499 but only had the 2 seater on display, so next day I visited the Boucher Rd store where they had the chair on display. I sat in it and it wobbled a bit, then I tried shaking the back of it and it didnt seem very stable. The sales guy tried to blame it on a rug which was partially under it. He then moved it but it was still as bad. He then tried to blame it on uneven feet, but the feet cannot be adjusted. No attempt made to find out why or try rectify the issue, so I gave up and left. I really wanted the seat, but sale lost guys, you just were not interested in a sale.
