Everything went wrong, had to call a million times because they never updated anything, took them almost 3 months to deliver my trike.

I had my bike shipped from Rhode Island to Florida. The price was good but probably not the best price out there but I got the best service which for me is a very acceptable tradeoff. Pickup was done on schedule which was great and the gentleman who loaded it on his truck took the upmost care. My bike arrived in perfect condition. I would absolutely recommend HaulBikes to anyone who wants to get a fair price for great service with no BS.

I moved from Florida to Nevada and needed a reliable organization to haul my motorcycle. I was pleased how efficient the process was and pricing was reasonable. I was even more impressed I received my motorcycle without a single scratch.

2nd round trip from California to New Jersey... professional drivers that are also motorcycle enthusiasts handling the loading and unloading of my bikes. Peace of mind. Good communications and kept within contracted time frames. Appreciate their services, experience and reasonable pricing!

Lack of communication. Poor dispatching. Pick up driver put in his report that the bike had been laid down prior to him taking possession. A paint chip on my saddle bag. It was late by weeks from the optometrist time given when I ordered the transport. Very disappointed in everything that happened.

I booked on Feb 17th, they pick the bike after a month on March 23 and delivered 2 months later on May 15. 3 months of waiting with little to no updates was crazy frustrating. I would not recommend to anyone and will not use their service again even if offered for free.

The haul from MN to AZ seems to have gone well, except that I bought airline tickets to Arizona to pick up the bike and called the day before the scheduled delivery to find that the bike was still in Wisconsin and would not be in AZ for another month. That was a pretty high cost for me. No heads up and no status email that you missed (or were about to miss) the delivery date.

bike was not delivered i had to drive 4 1/2 hours one way to pickup they kept pushing date out.it was total bullshit dealing with this place

Great communication and they took great care of my motorcycle from pickup to delivery. It did take a little while for delivery however for me it was no issue because I didn’t need it immediately.

I would have given 5 stars but I received my bike a month after the expected due date. This was a bit stressful. However, my bike arrived in great condition and the dispatcher and the staff at HaulBikes were fantastic. Great staff and I wish I could have gotten around the initial delivery date.

Unbelievably slow shipping. Missed the expected delivery date by almost 6 weeks. No consideration offered. Very little information.

I am going to break my review down by stages. 1. Price was very reasonable and cheaper than most competitors. 2. Communication was decent , paperwork was fast and easy. 3. Driver/Delivery was excellent and professional. 4. The only draw back was time from pickup to delivery,(about 2 months) but since I was in no hurry to get the bike it really wasn't that big of a deal for me. 5. Bike was in good shape and undamaged. Would I use Haulbikes again, YES I certainly would.

Second time using haulbikes, they are great! Bike arrived in a timey manner and I saved a lot of money vs picking it up myself. Perfect condition at arrival, again!

HaulBikes has been my preferred carrier for years, but based on my recent experience, I am considering switching to a different carrier. I transport several bikes each year as part of my hobby of collecting them. Unfortunately, my last experience was not satisfactory. I will likely rethink my choices for my next bike pickup, which I just purchased.

They gave me an approximate delivery date of 28 days after pick up & it took TWO MONTHS for my bike to finally show up. And when I would call to ask when it would be delivered they were NO help !
