The pricing was good. The experience and time it took was the main problem and the condition of my bike upon arrival at final destination. My bike had an obvious rub mark on the left hand side saddlebag all the way through the paint that was not there when it was picked up in Texas. The time frame was actually horrible considering my bike sat at the Las Vegas terminal only 6 hours away from its final destination for more than four and a half weeks. I have photos of the day it was picked up & the day it was dropped off of my bikes condition. I personally put my bike in transport mode before pick up & when it arrived it was not in transport mode & my battery was dead and had to be replaced. Poor care in the services offered by the this company is all I can say.

Ivan was fantastic. His communication was great. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable when it was discovered that the bike was not placed in transport mode and the battery therefore was dead-dead. I really appreciate what it takes to get these bikes across the country safely and thanks to drivers like Ivan, haul-bikes does it better than anyone.

I was not given any advance notice that the bike was to be picked up and stored in a warehouse for almost two months with the estimated delivery date continuing to change. My understanding when I paid for the service was that it would take a week to 10 days.

They missed their 10-day pickup window by one month. Repeated calls on day 9 of that window and after went unanswered. Email updates from them gave two additional reschedule windows both of which were missed. They arrived for actual pickup 4 hours after an email without any other advance warning. Delivery then took another month with 16 hour email advance notice and a call from the driver who was attempting to change the drop off location, a location where two bikes and a car had previously been delivered by others. The only positive was the bike was not damaged.

Motorcycle was delivered well. Nice truck driver. Motorcyle was clean and scratch free.

Pickup at the dealer was about a week late and final delivery was about a week later than expected. Otherwise, Haulbikes did a satisfactory job.

My motorcycle was delivered promptly and exactly on time as promised. For the price it was well worth it, as I didn't have the time to pick up the bike on my own. 5 stars to service from home base with emails indicating times of pick up and delivery. Mark, the driver called a day before and the following day with all positive details and an exact ETA. Bike came looking better than I had last saw it. Mark the driver was very professional, polite and friendly. 5 stars to Mark. Thank you.

This was a complete disaster. The delivery date changed 4 times and ended up being over a month past due. Bike was finally delivered completely dirty with a scratch. The truck driver said don’t even try to file a claim because the process is terrible to go through. I will be doing a charge back through my credit card company. Terrible service, do not use this company!!!!!!

Everything was good. Took a little longer than I thought.

I am a retired US Marine Corps Officer. I agree with some of the other posters here.

GOOD: I've used this company 2x now. Colorado to Boston (June 2025) and Colorado to Florida (Mar 2026). I found both the pickup and delivery drivers to be exceptional!! Very detailed when inspecting, loading, video & pictures of the bike. The TT drivers are all bikers. Very good communication before pickup, and at delivery. They are very careful with the motorcycles they haul, and they take pride their work. For both my shipments, bike was picked up and delivered ON TIME AND AS PROMISED. And no damage whatsoever to either bike.

BAD: The office customer service staff on the other hand is a whole different story. They all seem to be older women (60+) based on their voice inflection and phone interaction. Very little interest in you or your concerns. But all about getting the contract written, e-signed, and paid for. Once that's done - it's crickets! My most recent shipment was with Andie; prior shipment was Crystal - same poor customer service from both. I left voicemails, sent emails - no responses whatsoever. The problem is, to get any assistance from the person that write your contract, you have to catch them in the office. Forget about them responding to you via any form whatsoever. When I did finally get someone on the phone (Cheryl I think), she was kind enough, but the standard was "...well, we're always very busy here because we have to man the phones, write contracts, etc. So we don't have time to respond to customer voicemails, emails or concerns..."

SUMMARY: Again, it depends on what you're looking for I guess. If you're looking for a cheaper shipping option (although I paid $200 MORE over the 9 months between my (2) shipments), and she blamed it on gas prices and the war in Iran?. But if your just looking, to get your bike from point A to point B, and want your bike (for the most part) to be well taken care of during the shipment - then go with HaulBikes. But if you're looking for solid customer service, good communication, feedback and updates during shipment, or anything else " after" you sign that contract - forget it! You won't get that from this company. And even these reviews, doubtful anyone even reads them from HaulBikes. I was told I'd be getting a customer satisfaction survey from Haulbikes after my motorcycle was delivered; I receive nothing. They don't care. They probably look at it like if you don't like the business model or their customer service - you're free go elsewhere...

Bike delivered. Delivery dates were changed twice, frustrating, but in the end a very courteous driver unloaded bike and rolled into my shop.

The pickup and drop off were smooth. Especially having them pick my bikes up from a shop in another state. They do take a really long time to deliver them but that was expected when they gave an initial timeline. It seemed when it got to the estimated delivery window it was difficult to get a delivery date so I could take off work. The bikes got here in mostly good condition. My PPF was torn off my front forks of my road glide from where the straps were placed and both the bikes battery’s were completely dead. Other than that glad to have my bikes back.

Everybody was very accommodating. When the hauler scheduled to drop off my motorcycle came by, he let me know when he was approaching so I could work it into my work schedule and give my job a heads up. Any changes I had to make to my bike being picked up or dropped off was handled by ease with agents over the phone. My bike came completely safe and on time. Thanks guys!

Horrible communication. Driver did not follow instructions prior to pick up. Weeks would pass at a time with no updates on pickup or delivery. They were always full of excuses and took 1-2 days to respond to questions about an ETA. They’re cheap...but you get what you pay for. It was a mistake using them ad I will never again.

They did a great job of keeping me updated through the process. The delivery driver James was awesome! Even though he had some mechanical problems with his truck, he didn’t let it bring his mood down and he delivered the bike flawlessly!

Great service,expert delivery. Driver showed up in the time frame he told me. Will definitely use them again,highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. This is the second time we have used this company for transport of our Harley. The driver both loading and unloading was caring and personable.

The only problem was late delivery. I was scheduled for april ninth. I was notified.It would be april seventeenth. Then, I was notified.It would be april twenty sixth. It arrived at april twenty ninth. It was in the same condition as when you picked it up. My only concern was it was late.
