The Haul Bikes staff and drivers were very professional and the delivery of my bike was cared for well. The only issue I would give the company to improve on and alert potential customers to is that the window dates for pickup and delivery were off by a couple weeks, and it took a lot of complaint calls with customer service to keep from pushing delivery out several weeks more. For potential clients, be patient. For the company, be more honest and clear upfront that it may take more time to pack up enough bikes to fill a truck if business is slow or logistics aren't yet favorable for business.

The driver John, is a pro. Good comms and outstanding care for my bike.
The office? Not so much. I already knew my bike had been picked up a day before they notified me, and knew that my bike would be delivered - a day before they notified me. John saw to that. From the day they charged my credit card to the day I got delivery -one state away- was just over 5 weeks. If you’re in a hurry, go get the bike yourself. If you’ve got lots of time and patience, let them do it. Gas and hotels would have cost more than their fee, not to mention the travel aggravation. I’d use their services again, under the right circumstances.

slow shipping and not great communication. I've used the company three other times. They take great care of the bike and the drivers are awesome, just the behind the scenes that could have been better this time.

What I disliked was how far off they were on their pickup a delivery times.

First , Let me say that every employee I delt with was fantastic From Cheryl to the driver who delivered my bike, BUT, the length of time it took to pick up the bike in California to the amount of time it sat in Las Vegas until it was finally delivered was unacceptable! It took so long to deliver the battery was dead when they dropped it off in the target parking lot.

I have used this service before and found the service excellent but for some reason they are having problems. They don't offer a guaranteed
timeline and once you pay you are at there mercy.

Excellent Communication

From start to delivery of my motorcycle the process was straightforward and professional. I was kept up to date, pick up and delivery dates ŵ within specified. I was contacted promptly for pick up and delivery. Mauro, the delivery truck driver went above and beyond; he decided that my delivery steer was to narrow at the last minute and instead of calling me to go get the bike, he pushed it a block and a half all the way garage where I was waiting…wow!!!
Pricing was very reasonable and no hidden fees.

The delivery team was awesome, super accommodating since they could not deliver it to my house they were able to work with a nearby location for pick-up on a late evening.

Took a lot longer than quoted, was not communicated about delivery by anyone.

All was great they always let you know what was going on with timing

Our first pickup window was schedule for March 27 - April 6. We were not notified that this window changed. I had to call only to find out the window had changed to April 13 - 16. No one notified us beforehand. Because we were in Florida and postponed two additional trips to accommodate the first window, we had to rely on a neighbor to put our bike on the transport which didn't arrive until April 20! This company missed two pickup windows, caused us to delay two additional trips and when the bike arrived the battery was dead. Delivery was originally April 28. The bike didn't arrive until May 4. We had to purchase a new battery to the tune of $245.00.
If you notice in the paperwork if we had missed the pickup or drop-off window, this company would charge us an additional $250.00. I am waiting now to see if they will reimburse us for all of our inconveniences.

My motorcycle was a graduation gift for my grandson who lives in Denver CO. Timing was important because my wife and I and my grandson’s parents wanted to be there for the transfer. The motorcycle was to be delivered to the BMW dealer in Denver. I worked closely with Cheryl Koehler, the intake person at Haul Bikes, who made the delivery happen on time.

Delivery was a week later than previously expected. Other then that everything went great.I recommend this company to anyone, very professional service.

21 days past due of delivery date. I put the order in on March 10th. I received the bike on May the 6th. The delivery dates where changed 3 times. I feel I should get some kind of reimbursement.

The process was just so seamless from start to end. Everybody was supportive and ready to help out.

Haul bikes was terrific. Their rate was very reasonable. They communicated with me and the seller right away to verify addresses and available times. My delivery date and time was coordinated with me. The truck was very impressive. Clean, enclosed, multi-level trailer with full lift to bring bikes safely in and out of the upper level. The driver was very personable. My bike arrived in perfect condition. I will absolutely call them again when I need a bike moved.
