We bought a Jeep car from Haverhill CarXchange last week. The whole process from when we first viewed the car to purchasing it, including part exchange of our previous vehicle was handled seamlessly and efficiently. All staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We would certainly recommend them and would use them again ourselves in the future.

They were a few hitches in sorting out the car for me - but they went beyond what could reasonably be expected, to ensure that everything was perfect. An incredible service. What an absolutely great team . I had a problem that my independent finance company did not correspond fully with the team . A note for all always contact the garage as well .

I had a private plate on my old car and were very helpful on telling me how what to do before I traded my car in to them.

We had some serious issues with the cars adblue system. No hesitation at all from Josh and John, actually from all of the team to get it repaired. Another issue came up out of warranty which was the bearing. This can happen at anytime and bears no reflection on them.

The Adblue issues were a costly repair and Haverhill fixed it no questions asked and even repaired the bearing for us with no charge due to the adblue issues.

When you buy a car, remember its not just about price, its also about the customer care and Haverhill have been fantastic. THIS is also what you pay for.

I am so happy with the car that I am now going to buy another from them for my other twin daughter. The only majorly expensive thing is having twins! I guess solving that expense problem is beyond Haverhills capabilities :-)

Fantastic buying experience every time. I’ve bought several cars from here over the years for myself, family and friends, and the service has always been excellent. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Everyone I spoke to was friendly. I really appreciated being able to walk around the forecourt without being approached by several staff members (as is so common in other car sales environments).

Used website to pay deposit for potential car, got a website quote and in house quote difference of £1800 so very disappointed, also got told not to use there own website by the salesman for quote as this does not give correct information also asked for a call back at 3:30 on Saturday and no one phoned just dropped an email have
