We had been looking for a first car for one of our daughters, we had visited many car dealers from small to the largest independent in East Anglia, I was disappointed in all especially the quality of used cars. I found a Kia Ceed here at the Haverhill Car Xchange, visited and straight away I noticed the difference in the people here and the cars, we dealt with John and Keaton, both really nice people and helpful, they made buying a car a pleasant experience. Well where go I start, what a great experience dealing with Josh and John, for me it was an unusual experience buying a car online and not in person as I have a badly broken leg. So buying a car online was a totally new experience to me and I was a bit wary, but Josh and John were brilliant and answered all my questions and made the whole process easy and reassuring, from the details of the car through to payment and it being delivered to my door . The car as due for collection on Monday 20/1/2025, but I needed early and they obliged (collection was on 18/1/2025).
