Amanda was very compassionate and held space for me to be vulnerable, this allowed me to open up and allow whatever needed to come up to the surface, to come. I now understand things about myself that I didn't recognise before, which was both very insightful and healing. She gave me empowering practices to move with forward with and checked up on me after our Session, ensuring i understood all that we had discussed. I did a spirit release session with Amanda and I have to say it was probably the most impactful healing experience I've had and I've done a lot of things. I made it a personal mission to overcome my personal suffering and after 7 years of deep personal development work, I still felt a deep sense of fear and powerless over my life. I never believed in spirit attachments before, but I can tell you that spirit attachment is real and Amanda is amazing at helping release those attachments. The pain in my knee is gone, I'm in a significantly better mood daily, I'm able to be better connected with people, the fear is gone, and I'm able to stay consistently in action towards my goals. Pretty amazing if you ask me!

well finished my childhood so much ended up merging together. so much I did not now I felt when things happen good and bad. did not let myself feel at the time let every one influence my emotion and feels. what a incite and relive off of me and being ok with it all I just cant believe all the counseling I have been threw and never felt ok and away from it all till now ! thank you for your guide on this. I have never felt better about my childhood and I feel like my child in me and myself are one and survived with each other help. I feel hole.
