Domer Laser Avis 

We have only been using it for about 2 weeks and we already are seeing and feeling a difference

Easy to use. There should have been more information in the packaging on using the laser BUT there is information on the website. Also I just received an update on using the laser for various conditions which was a huge help. So far am happy with the product.

I ordered this to try. It did not seem effective and the recommended duration and frequency will not work with my patients. They are completely unreachable to pursue “free return.” I will change this review if I ever hear back but for now I am out $400 and have a useless unit.

I bought a laser for myself in April of 2026. It was helping so much. All the sudden it stopped working and I have used every way to contact Domer and keep getting the run around. I have had a rude message sent to me and still waiting on help for warranty help I looked up phone number in the USA and it doesn’t work. It’s not like I spent $20 bucks for something. I spent hundreds and it stopped working and I can get no support. It was a good product while it worked but after the sale service is lacking or there is not going to be any.

Update:
I was accused of many things in the review left by Domer after just giving my “after the sale warranty issue. I kept all of the communication between us because I couldn’t believe the treatment. I have sent multiple request for the pay pal information to pay for shipping. I just get a generic response about Domer lasers. I don’t threaten people. I am going to show what was said to me and hopefully it will be the end of all this. This is one of many hateful things I was told…….

I needed a laser urgently, I purchased on line and requested a ship date, nothing, 3days later I requested a cancellation (bought another with faster delivery) still no answer, one week later I received email that product was shipped, no longer needed! Tried dispute with Credit Card, but since it was delivered (and still unopened) can’t help. They will not answer.

I have a Domer Laser Model 1300mW Handheld Laser and I use it daily. I use it for Carpal Tunnel and Arthritis issues and it works great! It gives me the pain relief that I was looking for when nothing else worked. The company is great to work with and always answers any questions that I have. The pain relief in my knees and hips is incredible. Truly recommend their products!

I bought a laser for my performance horses, and I could not be happier with the quality and results I have gotten.

I purchased a cold laser on the advice of my Great Dane's chiropractor. She is 10 years old and needed a little extra support/help. Once I got it I started using it on her immediately, and then decided to use it on my shoulder too. I am not a medical person but it's obvious to me that it helps alleviate inflammation in both my dog and myself, and that alone made it worth it. I'm sure there are other beneficial aspects too, because we both have better range of motion in the areas I've been working on.

I purchased a class 4 laser with 10W output for our physical therapy clinic. The laser therapy has helped many of our clients heal from acute and chronic injuries, and I'll sometimes use it for my own aches and pains. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I've had a few pets and people use it and we all have noticed an improvement in healing with it.

I purchased the Domer laser to use on my older dogs, but my husband and I also use it on ourselves regularly. Excellent for healing and pain relief. It helps a lot with my arthritis and my husband's tennis elbow pain is virtually gone. Questions and issues are addressed quickly on the Facebook page. Would feel confident purchasing from healthcare arts/Domer again.

The laser shipped quickly, and seemed to greatly help our little senior yorkie dog! I know it's not the same caliber as a veterinarian's office, but we use it daily for 10-20 minutes, and the dog loves the routine of it. He had an injury and could not walk...2 months later, he still has issues but is up and around! Thanks at least in part to the Domer laser.

The ordering process was easy. There were promotions at the time of purchase that we were able to use, that was helpful. The veterinarian recommended for use on our dogs legs, I have been using for my knees and have had some pain relief.

It’s helping my dog with her limping issue. Takes time but I keep at it! I use it about 10 mins a day.

After doing research on different red light laser therapy products, I decided to purchase from Domer. I am very pleased with the results. My senior dog is moving so much better!

Laser treatment gun was received in better time than we thought and works perfectly. Our vet gave it her seal of approval and we use it every day on Dolly. Yet to see how much it helps her.

The laser is small but mighty! I used it for my dog who has hip issues. He seems to like the treatment as it warms up and makes his little leg feel nice and toasty. He also seems to be limping a little less. Its still new so we will see

I've only had it for about a month but I've liked it so far! It makes it easy to do at-home laser treatments for my dog in between her rehab therapy appointments. I recently took it to our appointment to show my rehab vet and she really liked it. She thought it was great for an at-home use laser for the price point.

I bought the laser to use on myself and my horse. We both have some tendon issues. I think using the Domer laser on my horse’s leg has helped speed his recovery. I think we’re about a month ahead of what that recovery would be without the laser therapy. My Achilles tendons act up from time to time. Laser therapy helps with the pain and speeds the healing there, as well.
