Domer Laser Avis 

I purchased the Domer Laser for my senior dog who is starting to slow down a little on our walks. It seems to help? I am unsure, but he doesn't mind the treatments. I had to ask to receive protocols which were emailed, but not particularly clear. I've joined the facebook group and have asked some questions, but don't always get a clear response. I did ask my friend who is an osteopath for guidance in terms of duration of use, etc and she was able to answer my questions. I will continue to use with my dog and hope that it is making a difference.

My Pooty had surgery on both of her rear ACLs. Her Domer laser has helped her tremendously during her recovery and rehab. She's back to running around with her big sister, Ebby, and her baby brother, Leem.

Great home laser for pets!
I bought the DOMER laser for my dogs’ recovery and really like it. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and the battery lasts a long time. I use it after walks or workouts, and it helps them relax and recover faster. One of my dogs had joint surgery before, and I’ve noticed less stiffness over time. Definitely worth it for at-home therapy!

This is a great laser. Have bought 5 over 5 years for patients to use at home. They all varied in different types of injury’s. The one common denominator was they all improved over the course of 1 to 3 weeks. Having resolved the pain issue.
I still recommend patients to pouches the laser for there home care of muscle aches and pain.

I read the negative reviews and do not understand why. Domer Laser is made in the USA the number one reason I purchased this device. Domer Laser answers all my questions and responds in a timely manner I purchased this device because my Doberman Pinscher had a slipped disc with is putting pressure on a nerve thus also a compressed/pinched nerve. My vet told me that a Level 3 device is what I needed as that level will go deep enough to help. My Domer Laser 1300mW is used daily on my Doberman Pinscher and I have seen amazing results. Before she was curling her back paw and dragging her leg. These episodes would last several hours. It was devastating to watch. I started using Domar Laser 1300mW and it has been 17 days without one episode. When I brought the device to my vet to check it out she told me she would recommend this device. I highly recommend Domer Laser 1300mW.

The domer laser has been an amazing value. I do equine body work, and the addition of the class, 3b laser has been wonderful for my clients. A very sturdy little machine, easy to use and very effective. I'll be adding another to my kit for my assistant, great product!

Scam company!! Run far away from this company. They are CHINESE and sell fake equipment that does not work. When you try to return their crappy merchandise, they threaten to put your name and address on the internet (idiots. It's all public record anyway). Do not do business with them.

Worst Chinese scam, they are using others name, Also They charge higher then what they claim. They Also are now trying to buy fake reviews, I have proofs of them Buying fake reviews. Also they are threatening us. Which Of course we won't bear

Update: Before writing this review- the company was taking over 24 hours to respond to my emails. They saw this review and immediately starting emailing with me asking me to delete it. They told me they won't send me return instructions until I deleted my reviews. I told them my review is still accurate as they have not sent me return instructions. I told them I will update the review once they send me the return instructions and address. They refuse to do so. I will update this review if anything changes.

I bought a product and received it in a timely manner. However, it did not solve the problem I originally purchased it for.
The website states that they will accept a return within 60 days of purchase for any reason. All you have to do is reach out via email to get the return address. I have sent three emails so far and every time they keep asking me why I want to return it, and they don't provide me with any information on how or where to send it to.
I answer their question about why I want to return it and never hear from them again. They are not honoring their return policy as stated on their own website.

Bought a domer laser from them. $500 version. It worked for 2 months and then developed a problem where a small pin size area would instantly get super hot. Put it near your skin and pain was intense and instant. The company advertises a one year warranty so I contacted them. The rep in China told me nothing they could do that the laser was working fine. This is over a chat so the response was ridiculous. I tried to reasonably explain the problem in detail several times but all the rep in China did was tell me it’s fine. They would not stand behind the their warranty. They got my $500 so lesson learned. Chinese online company. Buy at your own risk

They contacted me via whatapp after I left the review and complained about the review. I explained I had no option since their representative told me they would not honor the warranty and repair the device after only one months use. All the rep kept saying was "you should not have left a bad review so now we will definitely not fix the laser". This made no sense since the original rep made it clear they would not honor the warranty. Now they post this nonsense about being on vacation and will get to it later. They have never contacted me again except to complain about the review. Neither of the reps I spoke offered to resolve the issue by fixing the laser. Their only concern was the bad review. Buyer beware

Company continues to use my name and pictures for misinformation and to sell their products. Has no respect for copyright laws. Do not trust

I absolutely love my Domer cold laser. Purchased for my show dogs to keep them in top shape. I also have loved using it when my arthritis, it works great!

I was having a great deal of radiating pain into my right hip from sciatica. I bought the Domer 660 handheld laser. It really easily to use for me. I have been using the product for about 3 weeks. I find that if I place the laser on several points in my hip area over a period of 30 minutes at least 3 times a week, my pain is mostly gone. This is a real blessing to me!

The site is easy to navigate and contained lots of information. My only complaint would be that I did not receive the individual therapy files that were supposed to come with the product. I had to email in later to receive those files, but they were prompt in sending them to me after I asked. I am still learning about the Domer laser and how to best utilize it for my body. I have high hopes!

I purchased 2 of the cold laser therapy units at the online store. The website said I would receive 10% off, if I purchased 2. I am so glad I checked my credit card, because they charged me the full price :( I contacted them and received a refund, back to my card. I ordered 2 lasers, because a dear friend of mine, who is very elderly, and sick, with an elderly, sick dog, are both in dire need of help. I thought this laser may help. When the package arrived, there was only 1 laser. They neglected to send me the 2nd one, although I had already paid for 2 of them. This was not good, and I was not able to provide my friend with hers for her birthday :( I contacted them, and they admitted the mistake, and said they would send the 2nd one. I informed them that I would like to receive a small, 10% discount, for my trouble, and since my friend couldn't get hers for her birthday. They refused to give me any refund :( I would never again purchase anything from this company. I do not approve of the way they treat their customers, and their lack of empathy for my sick, elderly friend and her dog.
