I am totally pleased with this product. I reluctantly ordered a Volunteer Pink 3/4 sleeve smock. The color was good, the workmanship was good. I would have liked for the fabric to have been a little heavier but this will work. I have ordered from other companies only to return them. This is a keeper and will order more. Please check on a heavier weight fabric. I received the item 4 days after placing my order. This order ship time is unbelievable.

I absolutely love this walker! It is a great help to me in getting up while I recover from a knee injury. As I have had a lot of back trouble, it keeps me on balance rather than putting to much weight on one side (which was causing me more pain in my back).

I was hesitant at first to buy a walker (pride! - it goeth before the fall!) but I am happy I bought this one. I am a tall and large woman and it fits me perfectly! I highly recommend it, whether for a short term or long term disability!

I am much happier with the swivel wheels than I was with the fixed wheels. I put fixed wheels on the back instead of skis. Now I can move over sidewalks with cracks easier and quieter. Before I got stuck on the cracks, plus my walker made a scraping noise on the floors. Also, with skis on the back, it was difficult on rugs, but now I can go over rugs easily.

I ordered a labcoat over three weeks ago and still have not recieved it. Healthcare Supply Pros will not answer a phone call or respond to an email. I will not be ordering from this company again!

I decided to order from Healthcare Supply Pros because their prices were competitive and they were offering a "free shipping" promotion. I was pleased with the promptness with which I received my order. Though I did have a concern about the expiration date on an economy-sized product, they were able to address it to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to order from Healthcare Supply Pros in the future, but may try to get some information about shelf-life in advance.

Unfortunately the quality and integrity of a company is evident by the way they handle a problem. In this case, Healthcare Supply Pros have not returned calls or emails regarding a recent order. Being forced to deal with the shipping agent is unacceptable. Order not delivered, shipping agent now instructs me to deal with merchant and after that; still no communications received by merchant. Not sure if it's a honest mistake somewhere but no way to tell since I can't talk to someone to help resolve this matter. Frustrated!

The cane I ordered is exactly like the one I ran over with the garden tractor!! It came in two days of ordering and I am extremely happy with it.

Order was received quickly and there were no hiccups. I will be ordering again from HSP!
