Was happy to find these drains on line - they are exactly the same as the ones provided by my surgeon's office. Now I have extras! Great supplier. Will definitely check here for any future medical supply needs.

I was having trouble with my credit card and called customer service and they helped me place my order. very low wait time and the rep i spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Product was delivered sooner than expected and in perfect condition. Very smooth transaction. I had a great experience with this company and would order from them again.

I was pleased with the tens unit and it gave me new life relatively free of pain for about two days. The second day of use, however, it quit working suddenly. I tried it with new batteries and read several times all the information that came with it, but found no answers. I felt that I was teased with the system working for just about five hours. After I found no answers to the problem I contacted Biomedical Life Systems, Inc. to tell them of the situation. They likewise seemed to be puzzled and finally told me to return the unit to them to make adjustment by repair or replacing. I have tried to keep in touch with the company but had to be gone several days. On my return here the unit has not yet been returned to me. I called two times today to find if there is a problem in sending it, but was unable to make contact with the person I last talked to. Since I was to be gone several days over the past weekend I had previously requested that the unit not be delivered here while there was no one to accept it. It may be on the way now, but as I have not been able to contact the right party, I am not sure. I truly want it soon and working at its best. I hope that it arrives soon as I want to be able to cut back on my pain pills while receiving help from the tens unit. Maybe you can help me out with this.

I got exactly what I needed in record time for a very reasonable shipping fee. The product is high quality and I am using these folks for my animal husbandry medical needs from now on.

I ordered scrub pants put them in my cart and checked out without a problem. A week went by I emailed "where's my order" and didn't receive a reply, another week another email this time a rude unapologetic response. "You ordered discontinued merchandise and we emailed you your order was canceled" Not exactly folks. Twenty minutes after my order confirmation email I received an email containing a small square box titled 'credit card void receipt' there was NO text or explaination whatsoever! This was unclear and very unprofessional as was their eventual reply. Zero star rating in my book.

I ordered Medline Scrubs for my practice. They had excellent pricing with free shipping. They arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Very satisfied customer.

Half of my order was not fulfilled. Then when I tried to contact the company on multiple occasions I couldn't reach anyone. I tried to email them and was also unsuccessful. I have yet to receive the other half of my order or a refund for this portion of this order. I would absolutely avoid this company at all costs. You can not get in touch with this company!!


Update....it took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) before the other half of my order shipped. Not once, did I hear from the company...no phone call....no return email....NOTHING....by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I received an email 2 days after ordering G tubes that they had been shipped and I was so pleased at the quick turn around. The package arrived today with the wrong product in it. I have called and left a message but so far no response from the company.
