Well I thought my package will come in today but I haven't received it. I actually need it ASAP. I have a 2nd burn in my hand that its drying up but I need dry alginate dressing to put on when I go to sleep and its hard for me as the days goes on. I hope I receive it tomorrow.

I paid for merchandise I NEVER RECEIVED then got no response from the Merchant. Feeling like I was scammed. I will take up the matter and fight the charges with my credit card company. BUYERS BEWARE

I purchased a nebulizer and another small item from Healthcare Supply Pros. I received the nebulizer on the schedule they promised, but have not received the other item yet, which was unrelated to the nebulizer. Overall, the cost, free shipping, makes me amenable to recommending this company.

I received my scrubs in the mail that I ordered. They were the wrong size. Although frustrating, I understand people make mistakes, no big deal. I find the customer service number on the website and call to set up my return. I called 2 days in a row and left voicemails for someone to call me back. Of course no one ever called me back. Finally, a week later I called and was able to get someone to answer the phone. The customer service rep was very nice, and fixing my order. Overall you guys are making things right, but either return your phone calls left in voicemail, or don't have a voicemail set up at all.

I received my order in less than a week.

We ordered a nebulizer and it arrived on time, good condition and works great!

Product is just fine, but shipping charges are absolutely way out of line. $3.50 for one 1/8 ounce product I can live with, but $7.00 for two in the same USPS envelope is absurd...

We were searching for a particular healing ointment recommended to us by our attending physician. Your site provided us with this otherwise difficult to find item. Although ground shipping took a bit longer than anticipated, the product was received and has been an aide in the recovery and healing process.

I haven't gotten my order and i never got any tracking information. Very unhappy at this point

I ordered and paid for a nail clipper on 10/14, and when I called to ask when it would be delivered, the answer was on 10/26. When I remarked that it was an unreasonable delay I was informed that I could have chosen a quicker shipping method at additional cost.

So, it takes 2 weeks to put a nail clipper in the mail? I find this type of delay unacceptable, and the argument that the clipper has to be sent from Illinois is completely irrelevant. Illinois is not on the other side of the world and can be contacted by email of phone. There is absolutely no reason that shipping should be delayed for nearly two weeks. Clearly I am being punished for not choosing another shipping method, one the company can make additional profit on.

Customer "service" suggested that I select a faster shipping method the next time. I will go them one better, however - there will be no next time concerning Healthcare Supply Pros, or more correctly, Amateurs. Such treatment does not deserve return business and they will certainly get no such thing from me.

I loved the site - easy to use, and found my product quickly. Cheap, and got my package way sooner than I anticipated. BUT, when I got the tape I purchased all three rolls were stained. It looked like someone spilled pink juice all over the white tape I'd purchased. It works Ok...but I can tell it's not as sticky as I'd like. So, the product was meh, but service was good. May or may not buy again...as I'm almost out of the tape since I'd had to throw away a nice portion of the stained stuff.

The inscription should have read ; blood thinners or Heart patient.

I really need to return it, but don't know how.

I have nothing to complain about. Fast service,accurate product description.

This was my first time ordered my scrubs from this company and I am empressed!!!!!!!!!!! The best customer service!!!!!!!!!!!! They called me and made sure that I have received my order and I am happy with my products. I called them for a question they returned my call right away. I would strongly suggest this company for anyone.

I had been looking for more of the hospital type scrubs for a while now. Couldn't be more happy than I am now after getting these in the mail the other day. Shipping was very fast also. I will be buying from them again. I will say that he tops run big though.i am a standard xxl but this one is pretty big on me.

I placed an order on August 16, today is September 5 and it still hasn't arrived. Calling the California number is useless as nobody ever answers it, same goes for the 855 number. They also do not respond to email. Called the Texas number last Wednesday and miraculously got a live person to talk to. Was told that the item I ordered was on backorder which was not indicated when I placed my order, nor was an email sent explaining that the item was on backorder. So the man I talked to said he could get me the same product I ordered but in different packaging and that it would be sent via UPS and I should have it the next day or so. Still waiting. Tried calling the Texas number again and now get the message that their mailbox is full. This operation is questionable at best, a rip-off at worst. I wonder if I'll _ever_ receive my order?

Update: After not receiving the order I finally did manage to get through to "customer service". I told him to cancel my order and he said he would. Two weeks (ish) go by and I noticed there was no refund on my credit card statement. Called my bank to start process of disputing the charge. Decided to give the company one more call. Turns out that the last person I talked to did NOT cancel my order as he said he would. And btw I still had not received my order - a month after placing it. This time I stayed on the phone until I got the confirmation email that the refund was submitted. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in all my years on the Internet.

There is no link to send email to seller. Need contact by email. Also there is no way to see recent orders or track orders. Need a link for that. Otherwise, Very prompt in calling me back

seven days and order has not shipped yet according to the tech i talke to on the phone with today 9/27/12, very slow to ship but bet they have processed payment already. yes as promised i did receive the procut ordered today 9/28/12 and it is the correct item as promised and shipped as ethan had promised i am very pleased!

i had a hard time finding reversable scrubs that i like, (wish i could find the dickies version) however, i found this site, great prices, the color is holding great, (hate it when the top and bottoms don't match after two washings) fast shipping, and ordered again, and will do so again, and again
