Healthcare Supply Pros Avis 

I ordered 3 pairs of scrubs, and received a confirmation of my order. I paid for express mail to be sure that they would get here on time for my new job on Monday, September 24, 2012. I placed the order on September 17, 2012, a week before they were needed, and was told they would be delivered on Thursday, September 20, 2012. I received one pair, and it was too late to call Health Pros by the time they got to me. The next day I called and said that I had only received one pair, and I needed to change the size. At. this time I was told the the two pairs in the color Jade were on back order, and there was only 10 minutes left for an order to be placed to be delivered for Monday. The service representative promised to call me back, yet I had to ask if he had my phone number. Needless to say, he never called back. I now start a new job tomorrow without scrubs to wear. Definitely not a good experience. I will not be ordering from them again once I receive my correct order and return the pair that are too big.

I was pleased with the service, price and product that i ordered on line.

The stockinette I ordered arrived very quickly (two days before estimated) and was packed well.

Elated to find honest medical suppliers that aren't inflating prices. Thank you - we will be back!

I placed an order with Healthcare Supply Pros. I never received the product, never even got the consideration of a reply when I called to find out where my merchandise is. I don't even know if this is a legitimate company. STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT THEM TO STEAL FROM YOU.

I was a little surprised when i did not receive the item I purchased after a week of waiting. I called and talked to them about it and they said they don't state whether the item is in stock or not... True, they don't. But they had a problem with their supplier having the item ordered in stock. I finally received the item (they did upgrade shipping to FedEx next day). Still not best practices in online shopping.

I called to let them know and I was informed that I will be able to exchange or have a credit so far no call back after 2 months

I would not have had to call for assistance, if the picture for curtain track had shown the radius of the bend on the 2 x 2 and 3 x 3 corner pieces.
The person who took my call went out of his way to get an answer and then called me back.

my order was placed on 7/15 & they sent the survey on 7/18, but today is 7/25 & my shipment has not yet arrived. The charges have already been billed on my credit card & there was no response to my email inquiry to the support team at Healthcare Supply Co...
