I had an appointment with Superdrug Consultation and seen by Lucy on 12.08.2026
I was impressed and professionalism, clear explanation and input on this visit. Would highly recommend occupational health Nurse Lucy and the Superdrug consultation in Drake Circus Plymouth

I had an appointment at the Cardiff, st David’s branch on 12th August. The nurse was outstanding - his name was Zion and he was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. I wondered what the experience would be like, but after this visit I can thoroughly recommend using the service.

The nurse was very friendly and understanding that I was late which I really appreciated as I was flustered!

The young lady who took my blood was well practiced and polite. She was kind and thoughtful and completed all the required paperwork thoroughly. The clinic room was clean and tidy and only 10 mins from my home. A very positive experience, would highly recommend.

Got a blood test done at Superdrug health clinic in Clacton, it was quick and easy to book and the staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely use this service again.

Jessica at the Fort Dunlop branch was incredibly helpful and informative throughout my appointment. You can tell she truly enjoys her work, and I was genuinely impressed by the amount of clear, practical guidance she shared. I’m not the best with needles, but she immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be returning to Jessica for any future vaccinations before my honeymoon to Kenya and Zanzibar next year.

I couldn’t recommend this service in Epsom more. Diane is so welcoming, calm and capable I felt completely relaxed and confident while she took my blood sample. The clinic is very convenient being within the store in the shopping g centre. What a great addition to what Superdrug offers.

Travel vaccinations. Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service

The ' nurse' (Margi) we saw for travel advice didn't even greet us , just abruptly told us to follow her - We have never experienced such an offhand and brusque appointment and she barely gave us time to give any information before she barked another blunt comment. The ' advice' given was at best read off a computer website and nothing we didn't already know but she didn't give us any particular reassurance. An absolute waste of £20 . Was happy to pay but thought we'd have at least been afforded a courteous appointment.
However after leaving this bizarre, short, abrupt interview I was given helpful advice from a young woman sales representative in the store and was greeted with cheery ' good morning ' and great customer service from the young woman on the till as you enter the store . Their attitude and service was in stark contrast to what we had received in the travel appointment.
Would never use Super Drug, for travel/ health advice ,at that store, if there was any chance we may encounter this very unprofessional woman.

Took daughter for an injection, the nurse[mandy] was really friendly and professional. She made my daughter feel safe and at ease about having the injection. All in all very good would go again.

Easy access, ran to time, excellent value for money and kind, informative nurse.
