I was helped by Gemma at the Newport store. She was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I went for a blood sample, but have a phobia of needles, and she made me feel very at ease. Would definitely recommend.

We had a joint appointment for travel vaccinations at the Cambridge branch and the service was brilliant. Friendly, efficient and, dare I say, painless.

Second time using their travel service and just like the first, I have nothing but positive things to say. Very easy to book appointments with a number of locations available. Our nurse was polite, welcoming and extremely professional, taking extra care with me as I had reaction to part A of the vaccine and anaphylactic shock following chemotherapy. She took great care of me, making sure I was okay and at no point did I feel hurried to leave until I was 100% sure I was okay. This is an excellent service and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Seen on time for Travel Clinic with Tiffini. She was professional, informative and helped put me at ease, especially when she gave me 2 vaccinations for a trip to Kenya! She asked pertinent questions and, at one stage, emailed a doctor to check something regarding my age. She also had the touch of angel, I didn’t really feel the needles going in. Thank you 🙏

Nambi was absolutely lovely and the injection was painless. Very skilled! I would highly recommend.

First class service. The took my blood’s in store, I posted the tube by RM tracked 24hrs and I had the results back in 20 hours.

We attended the travel clinic and had several vaccines in Superdrug at Meadowhall. The nurse who administered the vaccines was Hayley. She talked us through what vaccines we required for our trip and explained side affects etc. She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The clinic ran to time. I would highly recommend the clinic for advice and any vaccines needed. Hayley was amazing.

Went in for vaccinations before travel, Dorothy was very friendly, efficient and gave helpful advice on how to plan!

The first time we attended a Superdrug clinic for a chicken pox vaccine for my son the nurse was child friendly, included my child in the process, chatted to him, put him at ease, played Sesame Street on her computer to distract him and built a rapport with my son when he attended for his second jag, the nurse had no communication skills with children, unaware of nurse’s background but to be giving child vaccines and not behave in a child friendly manner was so strange to me as a nurse myself I found the whole process cold and slow and could have gone so much better for my child if he had been chatted to, acknowledged or treated as at least not a hinderance which is how we were made to feel. I was overall disappointed with the experience especially given the first time had been such a success (my child was still upset at the first one by the way I don’t expect miracles but I do think we need to attempt to build rapport with all our patients of any age and help put both child and parents at ease)
