From making an appointment to arriving at the reception was a breeze. The receptionist was efficient and friendly. I had my ears syringed by the clinician who was very informative and helpful. I also had a free hearing test. Overall my experience was excellent.

This was my second visit for treatment. Having been well satisfied with every aspect of my visit, I decided to return after suffering a blocked ear in the past few days. Initial contact online resulted in a prompt call back and an appointment the next day. Staff were friendly, professional and caring. Treatment was carried out efficiently and remedied my condition. The lady I saw at the centre was very professional and showed me the reason my hearing was poor by using a camera, she then proceeded to unblock the wax from my left ear using both warm water and suction.

To say that my experience was brilliant is an understatement as she made me laugh the entire time I was there and hey-presto, my hearing is restored.
