I made it very clear during my consultation that I had previously had jaw filler which made my face look too square, and I specifically did not want to repeat that outcome. I was reassured by the clinic that this would not happen.

Unfortunately, after the treatment, the filler has migrated, which they dissolved as looked square like I had informed them it would do. The filler in my chin now looks unnaturally long and disproportionate. The overall result is not what I asked for and has left me very unhappy and has affected my whole life.

When I raised my concerns, they were dismissed, and I was made to feel as though I was imagining the issue. To make matters worse, they referenced my previous treatment history in a way that felt inappropriate and a breach of my data privacy. Rebecca has gas lit me and made me feel it’s in my imagination

I paid over £600 and Despite the outcome, the clinic has refused to offer even a partial refund, leaving me with no option but to pursue the matter through the civil claims process in order to recoup my losses.

I have had anti-wrinkle injections and the Heartbreaker filler package both administered by Natiesha at Bury St Edmunds, and she is the best aesthetic practitioner I have ever been treated by. Natiesha is so calming, and her filler technique is the least painful I’ve experienced. She got the levels and areas of my anti-wrinkle injections perfect on the first time she treated me, and she knows how to balance filler to enhance your existing features. I have been so happy with the work she has done for me.

I have been going to heart for three years and always come out with the results I asked for followed by reassurance and guidance from the practitioners. I’ve seen various different girls in London and bury st Edmund’s. Compared to other places I have been too they are so talented and I will not go anywhere else.
I have never felt so comfortable in their hands and am so happy with my recent results 😌 🙌🏻

Saw Natiesha for chin filler. Was so happy with the result. Also she recommended areas I should leave - they really don’t push anything that you don’t need and it’s a perfect natural look every time.

They stick out badly when I turn my head to the side
The shape is awful - like two sausage lips
She also left my bottom lip hanging on both the right and left side and I’ve got a ton of migration
I actually look rough . They make you sign a waiver before you get anything done includes the fact you may have migrated filler and a poor results so you can’t get your money back
She needs training on how to inject properly I’ve never had this issue anywhere else

I arrived at my appointment with Heart Aesthetics to have my lips enhanced and was made very welcome & at ease as i was quite nervous. The clinician talked through each stage of the procedure which really helped to keep me calm. I was very happy with the results and would definitely go back for further treatment and highly recommend their professionalism especially for newbies :-)

I used heart aesthetics for the first time a year ago. I had the Young at Heart package. I was delighted with the results. I’ve since returned for multiple treatments and I’ve been delighted every time. I wouldn’t go any where else. I trust them completely. Their expert advice is brilliant for ensuring you get the right treatment for you. Everyone is so lovely there and make you feel so comfortable especially for first timers like me!

I love going to the Bury clinic, you can park free right outside and I love what they have done with the place. It’s my 4th time visiting Heart and every time has been brilliant. Thank you so much for my amazing results. I’ll be back again soon! X

Best place I’ve been to Staff makes you feel very comfortable and at ease I’ve already booked for some more treatments 5 out of 5 without a doubt

Customer service initially was brilliant, the procedure was great, very comfortable and informative. I did have to go back as I felt I had a little too much filler in my nose and I am still not 100% happy with it, being left with a pinkish colour to the tip of my nose. I also feel the recovery is much more than 4 days - I would say 2-3 weeks for things to fully settle, - I wouldn’t go back for this procedure again.

I had my lips done and was happy with them. I wanted some more filler added to my lips, was advised to wait 3 months, I wanted to make use of an offer (10% discount) but couldn’t as it had to booked and used by the end of October, I asked if I could book and use the offer still (although by the advice of the clinic wouldn’t be able to have the procedure until December as they said to wait 3 months) but they wouldn’t honour this discount which I felt was a little unreasonable considering it was there recommendation to wait before having the top up. Any reputable company , I feel would have honoured the discount but they didn’t. Anyway I tried to book again as this Black Friday they had an offer again and couldn’t as the box on the website that clearly states ‘add code’ for vouchers / discounts did not work. After another enquiry I was told you had to add the code into the NOTES box ?? Confusing much! There was nothing to state you had to add the discount code into the ‘NOTES’ box instead of the ‘add code / voucher / discount’ box. Again after my disappointment Still the discount was not honoured.

Some better customer service is needed with ability to recognise issues and offer some reasonable resolution.

I don’t think I’ll bother rebooking after two failed attempts.

No overall I would Not Recommend

I had an appointment with Sophie in marleybone who was very nice and listened to me. However I had uneven filler in lips and migration(0.5ml) Went back for a review and more filler was added and I was asked to use an electric toothbrush to push the migrated filler to try and reduce it. I was not happy with all this so I booked another review. I was advised that as a goodwill gesture they would dissolve and do it again. I didn't go back as i asked if I could go to a different branch as I had been to that one twice already, I was told no and also found it shocking that they said it's a goodwill gesture to fix my lips they ruined. I saw a post on their Instagram that they don't add filler if there is migration even if people ask and that they are doing it for their own good. So I wrote a reply on the post to say but you did it to me and I didn't ask for it you recommend it. They deleted the post which makes me think why they never have one negative post.

I would advise to go elsewhere, this place does not have good aftercare and is not transparent with all their reviews.

Well let's start I made an appointment for a bury-st-edmunds clinic for a 6 ml pack.My idea was to do a facial harmonization, she made an application on the cheeks, lips and jaw, I explained to her exactly how I wanted it by the way, even show her some pictures of how I would like it to look. She said that only after 15 days would I really be able to see the results. After 15 days I had to make a new appointment because my lip had not been as I wanted and my jaw was all deformed, I had shown her a picture of how I wanted my lip and it wasn't what I wanted, she said I had to pay more to get the result I wanted. she tried moving her jaw again. The more she moves her jaw, the more deformed it gets, However, I went on vacation when I got back I texted the clinic again saying I wasn't happy with the results and I didn't get any response from anyone.
In short, 765 pounds was thrown in the trash don't waste your money terrible service terrible results.

I went to the Knightsbridge branch Sophie did my lips… she’s amazing!! The communication was superb, booking and payment was easy and Sophie really understood what I wanted. The best bit was that she was so gentle that I had so little swelling and trauma to my lips!
