Had some trouble withdrawing some winnings as the page wasn't working so sent a message on live chat. I was helped by Jim who was polite and transferred the amount requested for me. It hasn't landed in my bank account yet, it still says pending so hopefully it won't be long

Always a positive experience using heart bingo. Easy to contact support and any issues are quickly dealt with. Special mention to AnnaMaria customer support for fixing a small payment issue I had this evening.
I have favourite games which I’ve had some amazing wins playing. Withdrawing funds is easy and quick to deposit into my bank. Overall a great site to have a small gamble on fun games from time to time.

Amazing customer service!
After signing up to heart bingo and opting in to a welcome bonus, I deposited and staked the amount stated to collect my reward. I then realised I hadn’t been given my reward, so I then spoke to Luke a chat advisor, he explained to me I had accidentally played the wrong game, but since I had met the requirements he would award me with my reward anyway! Amazing and fast service!

Worst betting site ever! And I’ve played on some crap ones they should stick to the radio .the bonuses are very rare and when you do get one payouts are shocking £400 not even a chance of any returns . would not recommend stick to the more reputable sites!

I had to query my withdrawl
I had to query my withdrawl, normally all customer service agents are pretty friendly at any time if the day, and I understand that everyone can have an off day however. Even with myself trying to be friendly, especially as it was pretty early in the morning, the agent Steve was not interested, it was like pulling teeth. They was more interested in getting their review. Well Steve, I feel like I had more of a friendly interaction with the chat bot. I'll stick to asking for help during the day.

Technical issues with free daily games.
Had an issue accessing picks on a free daily game. Started a live chat and was shortly allocated an advisor. Jim was extremely helpful once I had explained the issue I had faced and ooked into it promptly. Unfortunately, Jim was not able to find or see anything relating to the issue I had experienced. However, he still went above and beyond by offering 5 free spins as a good will gesture for the inconvenience I had experienced. Jim had an extremely friendly approach, he was very helpful, efficient and most importantly, provided a satisfactory resolution.

I hope you’re not a Betano customer!
A day before signing up for Heart Bingo I signed up for Betano. Upon signing up for a welcome offer on Heart Bingo I received an email stating I’d had all promotions removed across the Betano brand (including Heart Bingo). I therefore did not receive the bingo credits or free spins I was meant to get as part of my welcome offer. Hugely disappointing that signing up for two sites I didn’t even know were linked would cause me to be restricted like this. I’d advise staying away from this brand and partner companies.
