Generally a good feel about the place, although there was a considerable amount of waiting time and there could be more clarity around the various forms that needed filling in, the girls at reception could have been a little more proactive

Excellent and courteous staff - know their business and very professional. The concept of having all the tests and the Consultation right afterwards is wonderful and saves time for the Consultant and the patient!

Laura and the team at VCL are excellent. They took the time to explain the CT Scan procedure and make sure I was prepared.
