Absolute rubbish! Expensive for what it is! Noisy, gives out barely any heat at all. I’m hugely disappointed! Don’t buy this product!

After reading some reviews regarding this item I have not plugged it in and wish to return it , I can find no way of returning I have no contact details only an address in Hong Kong . Does anybody have any contact details ?

Purchased 3 of these. They are absolutely a con. Tried 1 at first in my study which is 3m x 3m. Set the temperature on the fan at 32 and After 1 hour there was no measurable difference in temperate on the Hive room controller which I have. Have tried returning these and was promised a response in 48 hrs! A week later and……..nothing! These are an absolute waste of time and an over hyped scam. Please avoid. Update 8 Nov. Despite contacting them and requesting to return the items. Their response is “ one of our team will contact you within 24 hrs”. I’ve had the same response to 4 emails!. NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER !!!

Advert describes something that is physically impossible. Unless you are on economy 7, no electric heating can be cheaper than gas.

This heater connects directly to a wall socket. It could easily be knocked so whilst it’s suitable for adults it could be concerning if vulnerable people including children were present.

This heater comes with adequate safety instructions advising Danger to Children & Pets, not to leave unattended, unplug when not in use, do not cover, do not use with other appliances. The advice is to maintain 50 cm. free space.

It’s difficult to find a free plug in most rooms maintaining the advice as above.

It does seem to work well, and we plan to use places in our hall, as a morning boost drawing economy 7 electricity and saving burning Gas with our Warm Air Duct Central Heating. Our dog wakes up early to be fed but will be kept away from the heater. My 86 year old wife gets up later and likes some warmth.

EDF’s night rate is 7.85 pence per unit and day rate 49 pence per unit with Gas 10.3 pence per unit from 01 October 2022. We have a Tesla Powerwall which by charging overnight avoids most daytime electricity usage.

Heater Pro X score an apparent own goal in quoting reviews of their heater being used as a bathroom heater; this would not be possible in the UK as plugs, other than shaver plugs, are not allowed in bathrooms!

I have been bombarded on Youtube for some reason with Heater Pro X - and similar ads. There was an identical one in the hot months for an air con device. All invented by a mythical student engineer prodigy. All nonsense of course. Toy devices made in china that all consumers instantly disgard as trash. It is fraud they do send a 'product' but only so that the scam falls under "trade description" rather than outright theft and then set at a price point that maximumises the con 'score' while ensuring any redress is not worth the consumers while pursuing. Particularly unpleasant since the scam takes £55+ off people who can't afford to heat their families - nice!

This product is a SCAM.

This product can be bought on alibaba for about £8. This site, and others, buy up large quantities and sell them on for £50+

The claims on the website are totally bogus, it has no air filter, it will not heat a large room in seconds and it doesn't cost pennies to use. Don't be fooled!
