The Service provided was easy to use and efficient in delivering a set of new uniforms to a very diverse and wide spread of personalities.
The clothes are a good fit and include specialist logo embroidery.

We are sorry for the mix up in your order and the additional time it took to process. This is because all our orders are 'made to order' so we had to wait a little bit longer whilst more stock was delivered by our suppliers. We did however, upgrade to free delivery for you as you had selected Local Pick Up, to make up for your wasted journey.

Splendid Hoodies
Once again we have splendid school-leaver hoodies from Heatwave. Good quality, well-printed, and exactly what we wanted. The customer service from Paul is second-to-none; creative, flexible and tirelessly helpful in working with our bespoke designs and specific requirements - all done quickly and in good time for our deadline, for a very good price. The classes are delighted with their hoodies and I am grateful for just how easy and efficient Heatwave made the whole process. Wouldn't use anyone else for this work.
