Placed a order and took over 4 weeks to arrive, emailed a few times about the order to be told it takes up to 2-3 weeks and awaiting stock which is fine but online it advised online in stock. I understand pressure in the school holidays and back to term time however this was placed the start of January, will not order from here again unfortunately.

Sorry to hear your not happy with your delivery time, whilst the our site does allow you to order, sometimes stock might not be there when we go to pick the order, in your case the orders placed was missing the pe top, rather than part deliver we emailed you to confirm we was waiting on stock, we communicated at every stage on your order. But we didn’t meet the timescale as advertised on your order which was placed on the 15th Jan and we delivered on Sunday the 8th February which was just over the 3 weeks, (3 weeks and 3 days). We always do our best to communicate with our customers and deliver on time, sometimes things out of our control effect order delays, we are sorry to hear you won’t use us again and we wish you all the best with your new supplier !

Hi John, sorry to hear your not happy about your order, we haven’t had any contact from you direct with an issue on your order ?? You placed your order on the 15th October, which was delivered within 7 days and left in your safe place, which having spoken to you now you have found the parcel. Apologies for any confusion with your delivery, but please make sure that you contact us direct in future if you have any problems and we will always do our best to get it sorted. Reviews are really important to us, we have no issues if we have failed, but at least give us chance to resolve first.

Quite pleased with service received
I bought school jumpers and a tie. Materials were of very good quality and delivery time was outstanding despite ordering on the 1st for school which resumed on the 3rd. I had also earlier bought PE vest with pants and a reversible jacket. They were all of very good quality. Thanks so much.

I can’t recommend SG Embroidery enough! Their uniforms are great quality and slightly cheaper than other providers, with super-fast postage. This is definitely my go-to uniform supplier. I ordered later than planned due to personal issues, but the team went above and beyond to make sure we received everything before school started. The turnaround was less than a week, which was incredible. Fantastic service from start to finish!
