Great that I can readily purchase products that are somewhat difficult to find otherwise. Truly great service
I've waited until I've done three orders so I could get an idea of what they're like. They are amazing. Two orders without issue. One order where the delivery agent (Amazon) lost my parcel in transit. No questions asked, simply refunded me the full amount. When the parcel arrived a week later, they told me to not worry about payment from the refund.

All was fine except the delivery.
I am partially disabled. Amazon left the parcel inside the front entrance door. They didn’t even ring the doorbell. DHL delivery is much better.

I made order on 6th October and over £100, it should be able to enjoy premium shipping service , but haven’t delivery and any update until today 11th October , I still waiting the customer service reply!
