This was my first order and I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency it was handled.
The website was well designed and I had no trouble placing my order which sometimes for an 80 year old like me can be a bit of a pain.

I ordered a bar of ritter sport coconut chocolate, what was light brown inside and didn't taste nice, so it went in the bin. That was the second time I ordered chocolate , that was damaged.

Dear Customer, we would like apologize for the service you had to experience with Evri. While they are a cost-effective delivery company, some do indeed experience similar issues. We are working with them to get this improved going forward.
Regarding refunds: We do indeed rather refund an order - incl. shipping costs - straight away. That's so you can decide yourself if you would like to give it another try (and place a new order). At the same time, we do understand that some customers may not want to do it.
Excellent products sent very fast, but useless courier.
The courier walked straight past my large, clearly labelled, parcel box, and dumped my parcel on the doorstep in the pouring rain. Luckily a passing friend saw it and rang my bell. Fortunately the goods you had sent me so promptly were not damaged. They’re now in my freezer.

Proper traditional German food

So thank you! Christmas isn't Christmas without fried herrings on Christmas Eve!
