We have been with Heka for years, since their beginning pretty much! They have always been accommodating to our needs as a company.
They have a great variety of things you can get through Heka like experiences, hobbies, food, vitamins, health, exercise, skills, and so much more.
They are always open to suggestions if there is something they don't offer and we would like them to, as long as it aligns with their ethos.
On top of that, we have an account manager that is always very quick to answer any queries, keeping us updated with their latest news, and offer suggestions when we are struggling to find something.
The team love it
The team love it - they can choose their own benefits rather than us having to dictate it for them. Good range of things available on the platform, with new things being constantly added. Great customer service too, always on hand to answer any questions and support with keeping engagement from the team, and always listen to customer feedback

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Heka as our benefits partner. From day one, the team have gone above and beyond to support us - not just as a provider, but as true partners invested in our success.
They consistently bring valuable insights and thoughtful recommendations, helping us shape a benefits offering that genuinely resonates with our people. The platform itself offers a great range of options, giving employees flexibility and choice, which has been really well received across the business.
We’ve also been really impressed with the quality of their newsletters and the initiatives they support us in rolling out - these have made a real difference in driving engagement and awareness internally.
Overall, Heka have been a pleasure to work with: proactive, collaborative, and genuinely committed to delivering value. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Vastly overpriced, then inflated delivery gets added. This site mainly sells to corporations that are interested in flying a health and wellbeing flag for their employees regardless of the fact they pay through the nose and the items are very suspect in if they actually offer any health benefits at all. You can find the same items elsewhere and generally always cheaper.

Your employer pays a fee for you to receive this benefit. You get taxed on the amount you receive. The items are overpriced, delivery costs are high and you pay transaction fees. So fees on fees on fees...
Then if that all weren't bad enough. Under the guise of "we want you to utilise your benefits for your own wellness", your benefit expires after 3 months. What that translates to is they don't want to hold large liabilities on their balance sheet and benefit from full revenue should you actually let it expire.
Asking them to roll the credits also has a time limit so even if they offer this as a solution it is only temporary.
If you are considering this for your employees please note it is not well recieved at our company. It doesn't help that the items on the website (while overpriced) are not great and therefore further limits your employee on what they can spend it on.
Other services like Medi-cash have been recommended and we will be investigating these and I recommend you do too.

Outstanding customer service!
I am a Heka customer for more than 9 months now.
I have approached the support team in 3 different occasions, a few months in between my requests, and every time Em has responded within a matter of few hours, offering me the best solutions for my specific requests.
Today Em has excelled again, finding the best solution for the delicate situation that I have found myself in.
She was great at assessing the situation and finding a suitable solution for it.
Issue with a missing order
I had an issue with a product ordered via Heka’s partners and the courier responsible for its delivery that went missing.
Heka had to assist me in resolving this matter and I was very impressed with the way they went about this. They empathised and kept me informed throughout in their communication with the partner. This meant I felt reassured that something was happening.
When I explained how I hoped this to be resolved, Heka understood my approach and liaised with the provider to support this and ultimately leading to the outcome I wanted.
Heka were positive and friendly with their communication and provided a very good customer experience. I am particularly impressed with Em and the support provided by her during this time. She is a credit to Heka and other organisations could do well to learn from her approach to customer service. Thanks again Em and the team!

Unresponsive and unprofessional experience.
I had a really frustrating experience with Heka’s customer service. I was speaking with a representative called Amber, and the whole thing felt confusing and then completely unprofessional. She told me companies in our industry usually give employees around £40 a month, but when I asked the obvious follow-up — what do people actually get for £30 or £40? — she never explained it. I also asked if there was any flexibility because we can’t spend that much. I even asked if there was a list showing what individual benefits cost so I could understand the value. None of these questions were answered.
Instead, I got vague, repeated lines about “allowances,” and then she just stopped replying. I sent many follow-ups. Nothing. Being ignored mid-conversation when you’re literally trying to understand their pricing makes it impossible to judge if the service is worth it.
If this is how they communicate with someone who’s actively trying to sign up, I can’t imagine how they treat customers once they’ve paid. The whole thing came across as unclear, dismissive, and honestly quite unprofessional.
UPDATE 12/12/2025
After my original review, the CEO of Heka reached out personally to apologise for what happened. He acknowledged that my straightforward questions were not answered and explained that their team member, Amber, had “jumped on a demo and forgot to reply.”
In reality, I had sent follow-ups over the next couple of days and was completely ignored, which made it feel like my questions weren’t considered worth answering because of our budget. It seems the CEO only gave proper attention after the negative review went public. He did provide the information I had asked for originally, including examples of what £30 actually gets employees and confirmation that budgets are flexible, and he offered a more detailed breakdown.
We exchanged a few emails, and the communication from the CEO was professional and much clearer than my initial experience. Ultimately, we decided to go with another provider, as we believe other health and wellness companies like Medicash and BHSF offer better options and value.
The CEO did later ask if I would remove my review. I will not be doing that, as the review accurately reflects my experience at the time, and I want other potential customers to be aware of it. My hope is that this update gives the full picture while remaining transparent about how the situation was handled.

HEKA is an amazing new company benefit we have implemented which really does cater for all employees, I don't think there's a wellness product which isn't catered for, for people in all stages of their lives.
In addition, a wonderful and eloquent Customer Success team if you ever have a query.

I emailed for help on shipping costs when buying two items from the same supplier and the issue was sorted in the next email! so nice not to have the back and forth nightmare! Nadia was a fantastic help and is so lovely over email! I've used Heka's support team before and they were just as perfect last time!!

Really helpful customer service and good options to choose from
Anytime I have a question the customer service team have always been so helpful and quick to resolve the issue (Rebekah and Nadia in particular). Their approach to the situation is happy and is dealt with in a positive manner, usually sorted within the hour. The options on the website are great, especially the option to claim back part of your gym membership. One option that could be added to the mix is Runna membership.
