I’ve been using Helcim and have to say, their customer service really stands out. They’re committed to helping you understand the platform and genuinely care about making things simple for their clients—which makes a big difference, especially if you’re new to this kind of tool.
The product itself is very user-friendly, making it easy to get started without feeling overwhelmed. It covers all the basics and runs smoothly.
If I had one small wish, it would be for more graphic options to personalize invoices. The current design features are a bit limited, but they definitely get the job done.

While the product is really user-friendly, comprehensive and practical, the best part about Helcim is that the onboarding team was very knowledgeable and able to listen to our problems and come up with a solution that fit our processes.

Easy to use
Had my event this weekend. It had a little learning curve but I quickly figured it out. Didn't have to worry about screen burn in because it turns itself off after minutes of disuse, also answers prolonging the battery life. 10/10 Can't wait to use again!

30 minutes after applying denied
30 minutes after applying, I received an email saying my application was declined. I sent in ALL my paperwork and not one reason at all was given as to why I would be declined. Did you even look at my paperwork that YOU DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR??? I have been using Square for the past 15 years. I guess I will stay with a company that appreciates loyal and good customers.

Unreliable and Dishonest – Avoid Helcim
Helcim is, bluntly, the worst option in this space. Their pricing isn’t honest, their features lag behind, and they’ll shut down your account without warning or reason. The overall experience feels years behind what others offer. If you’re comparing payment processors, look elsewhere
