Extremely Disappointed
Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Helcim!
As soon as I processed my very first transaction with Helcim, they abruptly closed my account without warning or explanation. Even worse, they refunded the customer without ever consulting me or giving me a chance to provide any details or documentation. Now I'm left chasing the customer to recover my money — a complete nightmare.
This is unacceptable business practice. I trusted Helcim to help grow my business, but instead, they created a huge setback. If you're a small business owner or contractor, be extremely cautious — Helcim clearly doesn't have your back.
I want my money back, and I expect real accountability.

Helcim's Helpful Onboarding Call
I appreciated AJ Robles reaching out to assist me with onboarding questions and set up. In particular very helpful on the invoicing front. I also appreciate that when there was a hiccup in receiving my new equipment in a timely manner it was shipped with expedited shipping at no extra charge.

Call with Jerommy
I requested a callback (instead of waiting on hold) and Jerommy called me back quickly, which was great.
My question was regarding customers receiving receipts for payments - we did not have the 'send receipt' option turned on.
He understood what I was asking for and quickly helped me get it sorted out. Great service!

Beware of this company!!!
Got set up in matter of minutes. Charged a card for 10,833.42 said it was paid successfully. Next day got logged out said I wasn’t fit for their company and would refund all payments to customer. Customer never got the money and I never got it either. Worse company I’ve ever used. Don’t trust them at all!!

Do not get SIM card for WIFI & BAD costumer service
Today I talked to Gabriela from Helcim. I got an issue with recurring lack of network connection. She was absolutely of no service to me (DC Petropolis) nor to the company she's working for. She was completely ok with canceling my service and offer no help at all. Do not get Helcim SIM card with WiFi since network would fail and you won't be able to process transactions unless u can connect to other WiFi (which basically defeats the purpose)
