Any time we have any questions they are on top of it! Pretty easy maneuvering the website, and there are videos to help guide you for an easy set up. When paying with credit card, it tells the customer before they pay what the fee will be, so they can choose to use ACH if they don't want to pay the fee. It's so nice that they can just pay from home! Customer love convenience!

Five stars for the customer service at this company! Human, prompt, helpful: am thrilled to be with Helcim so far. Had some connection issues between my phone's Helcim app and the card reader and shared my feedback with their technical support. They got back to me within 24 hrs with some tips and haven't had the issue again so far. Am a new user and will see how my first sales go, using their service, but I have such comfort knowing that no matter what happens, there's great customer service to assist.
