Hello Cake addressed my concern, even though it was a product they didn't produce , but it was a product of a company they bought.

When my favorite “little sucker”…
When my favorite “little sucker” stopped doing its job, hello cake was very quick to answer me back and offer a replacement! I have never received faster care than I have with hello cake:)

Bad product :-(
The customer service is spectacular! I was surprised at how helpful and willing they were to make things right with a defective product. Sadly their new Little Sucker is no better than the broken one that I needed replaced. I will not be trying a third time. I am happy with the first one that I bought it is OOOmazing. Please Go back to the original design of the Little Sucker because you had an exceptional product.

Non Starter 4 me
It was okay it really didn't do anything for me. I forgot I was even on the sublinguals for sexual enhancement. I popped 1 when I received them just to get a feel but no go. I figured it was me so I gave it to my girlfriend who is an nymphomaniac & in a couple hrs went by & I asked her about it, she said "Oh I totally forgot I had taken anything. So if it didn't for her then, I don't know?

I received a faulty item and they have great customer service. I thought it was just a bad product but I was wrong! Powerful long lasting products. I highly highly recommend. I currently have 3 of the toys. I hope they come out with some new stuff to try soon! Thank you again for everything.

Perfect customer service! They made me feel comfortable and judgement-free. All my questions were answered regarding TheStroker, and then the lube and toy cleaners I bought for it! I'm a first time buyer for this sort of thing, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE TheStroker and the other items! Perfect investment for my new years resolution of taking care of my own sexual health. Somewhat of a good experience.
The ordering process was smooth. But then shipping process was inconsistent and delivered late. I liked the all the products I ordered except for the stroker lube. Just not thick or viscous enough for me at least.
