Chris Freemott saved me tens of thousands of dollars with his real estate advice! I seriously cannot thank him enough. If you own a home, you should take advantage of the free call with Chris. I was told initially that I could not assume my loan from the mortgage company. Then Chris gave me the correct verbiage to say and I called back and was accepted! Chris stayed with me every step of the way and the arduous process is now final. Chris understands real estate strategy and all things financial. He is priceless.

Hannah stuck with us for years to get the divorce done!
Hannah stuck by our side for YEARS to help us make it over the finish line with our divorce. I filed in 2023 and our judgment just went through in 2025. She sent regular and kind reminders along the way consistently. The delay was entirely on our part for not getting paperwork submitted in a timely manner. Hannah stayed with us the whole time year after year, answered our questions as they came up, and explained the step by step process all along the way. My experience with Hello Divorce was…
My experience with Hello Divorce was great. I chose the middle package where you’re assigned a rep and they help you with the paperwork if you have questions. My rep was with Charlene and I’m truly grateful for her helping assistance throughout my process. The only critique I would have is letting your customers know of the small fees that come along with it. For instance, when you have to have something notarized their fees associated with that and it’s not included in the 1499 cost. Also let them know upfront about the separate filing fee of 499. Other than that, it’s a great resource and program and now I am happily divorced.

Hello Divorce made the process seamlessly easy. Just for less than $2000, that’s right, two thousand dollars I’m out of a toxic marriage. My experience working with Charlene Daniel was the best that I could have hoped for. Very helpful and very professional. Loved working with HelloDivorce
Working with HelloDivorce was a great experience! I was very scared of all the paperwork involved in getting a divorce and so had been slow to move forward. Knowing that there was someone on my side who knew all the details and how the process worked was an incredible relief. The online forms were easy to use, and they were very quick to respond when I had questions. I also liked that there was an option for further support if needed for legal questions, real estate questions, etc. The website also had a lot of great information. I still can't believe that the process is finalized and I'm so thankful that I found HelloDivorce.

Making Something Hard, Simpler
Divorce is stressful, emotionally exhausting, and often complicated. Hello, Divorce helped me navigate the paperwork submission portion of the divorce process in the State of Wisconsin. I went from not knowing where to begin to having someone helpful and knowledgeable in my corner. Knowing that someone was ensuring I was completing the paperwork correctly and filing it on my behalf helped me continue to progress through a difficult process.

I 100% can see why I was recommended this platform
I was recommended to and have been recommending HelloDivorce and it's very easy to see why. It's Turbo Tax for divorce. It takes a complicated and potentially VERY costly process and makes it quite simple to DIY-it.
The cons are:
1) Lots of upsales. The questions you can get answers to from a human for free are very limited and they're quick to refer you to someone you have to hire
2) It really only works for fairly simple, straightforward divorces where communication between spouses is pretty good. We agreed on almost everything but there were still times we needed more help than HelloDivorce could give.
3) If your spouse suddenly stops responding at any point in the middle of the divorce process (mine took 14mos) you can file a default judgement divorce, but you have to start all over again and pay HelloDivorce all over again as if it's a brand new divorce case.
But the list of pros is much longer:
1) The whole divorce cost less than $5k (the average 1 month attorney retainer)
2) I always knew exactly what was going on with my divorce
3) It all felt very much in my hands and not at all up to a random judge or court to make huge sweeping decisions for our family
4) Knowledgeable customer service
5) Simple, intuitive and easy to use interface
6) If my spouse had been more cooperative it could've easily been finalized in just over 6 months
7) HUGE shoutout to my coordinator Charlene who was excellent, and I can't sing the praises of their Divorce Real Estate Finance Expert Chris Freemott enough. He really went above and beyond with me.

For Charlene I give 5 stars! She was amazing, patient, direct, helpful, and kind. The whole process for our uncontested divorce took 15 months and she treated us the same day one as she did by the time we were done. She navigated working with us both well, even through a not great process.
I am giving 4 stars overall as I feel like I was not well prepared for what the process would be like and would have greatly appreciated more timeline info up front when signing up. My ex was not aware he even had paperwork to do for months and maybe a system generated email would have prompted action.

Not helpful
Hello divorce was not helpful for us. With each question I had, my contact person would only send back a routine reply that she is not a lawyer. The mediator was unavailable for weeks. I filled out paperwork months ago and still have had zero mediation appointments. I am now contacting a lawyer apart from hello divorce. I have found zero helpful assistance from this company
