I'm so grateful for HelloDivorce. I have several friends in various stages of the divorce process and I was able to leapfrog over all of them to get to the judgment using HelloDivorce. Having looked at the alternatives, even the most frictionless options, such as using a mediator or a joint attorney would have still ended up being more expensive, time-intensive, and lengthy in terms of process. I'm a big fan, the customer support and a la carte options were great, and I'm telling whoever might be able to use HelloDivorce to do so.

It was fairly easy and stress-free process. The communication was a little difficult because of difference in time zones. We had some minor hiccups in the mediation process which is why I only gave 4 stars. I would recommend this service to couples who have uncontested, simple divorce because it really saves you money from hiring a lawyer but you still have people to help and guide you through the process. I’m glad I found this service.

It was a pretty good experience, hello divorce delivered on most everything. However, there was some problems with the billing, and they even charged me once after my fee was complete and needed to return it. It unbalanced my checkbook! Also I paid $750 extra thinking that it would expedite the process but it did not and this was not explained to me when I paid the extra $750. Otherwise things went pretty smooth. Divorce is difficult journey to navigate but I thank you for the help that you provided.

The platform is confusing. I would like to see a single log on page that maps your progress, gives you links to education, and provides access to your documents.
It is unclear exactly what you are paying for. I started with DIY and upgraded to Pro because I needed help filing, serving, and keeping on track. I thought that I would also get a hub like I described above. The pro plan has helped me a lot with moving forward in serving and filing. However, I'm still confused about next steps and what additional services I will have to pay for. Also, I have no idea where to go to access webinars, etc.
