Every step of the way, I felt I could reach out with my questions, never feeling like my questions were not important. Your staff was always willing to help, always professional and prompt. But most of all, everyone’s genuine kindness and concern was so appreciated. Thank you all for the truly needed service you provide.

Pros: they took care of most of the paperwork and filings with the court; everything was double checked and I was notified if I needed to make a correction, etc.
Cons: just getting into my own account was a hassle, there wasn’t a universal login area where I could then view specific sections or paperwork/documents; uploading documents was a hassle, and in one instance, I had to email it to my point person to add because there wasn’t a place to upload it within the form/section I needed it to be included; communication was spotty and incomplete, though I think that was the particular point person (for example, time frames were unclear and directions for the next step were incomplete until I asked specific, yet simple, questions.
Overall: I’d recommend the service as long as your situation is as simple, straightforward, and non-argumentative as mine was; I think a divorce with kids or dispute of money/property might be more difficult to handle completely online.
I think this service has lots of potential and I hope they make it: a lot of my “cons” would go away with a website update and more user-friendly interface.

This was super easy and super simple process for me. At first I went with an actual lawyer and they were terrible so I switched to Hello Divorce and Raquel helped and guided me with each step of the way. I enjoyed the services and would recommend for non complicated cases.

Hello Divorce made it easy and painless. They were quick to respond whenever I had a question and documents were processed quickly and efficiently.

Great promise -- and decent savings over using an attorney. But some software glitches were frustrating, where certain fields in the child support calculations wouldn't calculate correctly and a few other places.

Liked that we were able to consult with an attorney for an hourly fee -- but they took a long time to get back to us. And in general that was the issue--the amount of time it took for response. Felt like with a bit more confidence in the process we could have just filed on our own for about 1/3 of the hello divorce cost.
